The Presentation of Body and Corporeality in Instagram with Regard to Interactions of Its Users

This diploma thesis aims to provide an overview of social networks issue, specifically of increasingly popular Instagram with regard to body and corporeality perception of its users and interpersonal interactions. The theoretical part of this thesis cover symbolic interactionism, which analyse the society through individual interactions and interprets them. Other theoretical chapters are dedicated to notions of self-presentation and body from the sociological point of view and current research of self-presentation and interactions in the Instagram environment. For the empirical part of this diploma thesis the qualitative approach has been chosen. The sample of studied individuals was composed using the purposive sample and the snow ball method, with respect to defined socio-demographic criterions. The sample is composed of man and women in the age of twenty to thirty years old, living in the Czech Republic, who are university students or absolvents. The data were obtained using semi-structured interviews and diary research. The audio record, text and photographs were analysed following the example of the grounded theory.
Employee training

This thesis deals with training of employees. It is focused on job description by method of profesiography and evaluation of efficiency of training for selected working position. Thesis is divided into two parts, theoretical, which deals with survey findings and practical part. Theoretical part deals with issues connected with human resources as learning . education and development of professional skills. Another part is dedicated to the methodology of profesiography. Basic method for analysis of working position are described here. It leans on method of statement of work executors, which has been done by using Falangans method of critical cases and by method of statement of superior. These statements are further compared with with direct observation and written materials, namely with competence analysis and legislation. After processing of selected data these are evaluated and a proposal for streamlining of executors working performance is created by using proper training and education.
Myth Julius Fučík. Disputes about his life and work in historical context.

This master thesis is a result of historical analyses of past interpretation of Julius Fučík. Attention is focused on how the cult of Julius Fučík was built, how was his image changing and how this contributed to maintain communist ideology. For better understanding of the whole issue, this thesis describes Fučík's work, especially his most famous artwork Notes from the Gallows, which is important for understanding manipulations with Julius Fučík's legacy. It also examines how changing political situation transformed his role from hero to traitor and collaborator. As a counterbalance, complex expert studies dealing with Fučík's case are introduced. The end of the thesis is focused on the 70th anniversary of Fučík's death in the year 2013 in a perspective of contemporary media. This documents today's social debate which no longer deals with the question of guilt but is rather targeted on Fučík's literary output.
