Gender Analysis of the characters of the Homeric Hymn to Demeter

The subject of this master's thesis is gender and archetypal analysis of the characters in the Homeric Hymn to Demeter. The first part of the thesis consists of methodologies and theoretical concepts used in the subsequent analysis section of the thesis. Feminist theories are the core of this thesis. The main focus is placed on archetypal analysis and feminist spirituality. The second part of the thesis focuses on the analysis of the main characters of the story. Emphasis is placed primarily on the power dynamics, the relationships and ties between the characters, as well as on the analysis of the archetypes and the symbolism in the myth. Effectiveness of "Active Employment Policy" for combating graduate unemployment in Teplice region

The theme of my diploma thesis is analyse Active Employment Policy and evaluation of effectivity Active Employment Policy tools of unemployment solution in region Teplice. The diploma thesis is divided into theoretical and empirical analysis, the theoretical part occupies with Active Employment Policy and Active Employment Policy tools. I have used for empirical part data from information system of the Labour office, data from questionnaire survey with job applicants and on the basis of interviews with experts of Labour office. Based on questionnaires survey with job applicants and interviews with experts of Labour office I have come to the conclusions on providing of Active Employment Policy tools in region Teplice.

Education in the Care about the Child with Congenital Defect

The thesis analyses all aspects of the education of the mothers of newborns and sucklings with congenital defects. The theoretical part is focused on education in general, as well as on education in care about newborn and suckling with congenital defect. In the thesis further on issues of several selected congenital defects that require fair education of the parents are briefly and transparently compiled. The research section is focused on how the nurses who work in newborn and suckling wards and mothers of the children with congenital defect approach towards the education, which problems they find in this area, and what, based on their assumption, could be improved in this field. At the end of the thesis the possibilities of improving the quality of the education there are proposed and the technique is recommended how to educate the parents of newborns and sucklings with congenital defects efficiently.

Glass industry in Czech republic - trasformation and actual trends

(2011): Glass industry in Czech republic ? transformation and aktual trends This bachelor paper focuses on glass industry, which is one of the traditional industries that had formed in remote past, and emphasizes the evolution of the glass industry from its beginnings until its current state illustrated by tables, charts and images. It analyses the historic development of this sector, namely its adaptation to new economic conditions of this millennium connected to transformation processes in the Czech Republic specifically evaluating the impacts of the recent Word economic crisis. The study outlines possible starting points for the further successful development of glass businesses while stressing out the necessity of accelerated and purposive introduction of innovations to glass production. These conclusions are based on the analysis of the development of the selected sample of glass businesses.

Práce popisuje různé druhy nejčastěji využívaných zaměstnaneckých výhod včetně jejich daňových aspektů.Zaměřuje se především na penzijní připojištění se státním příspěvkem a jeho výhody. Charakterizuje společnost GE Money ČR a benefity, které svým zaměstnancům poskytuje. Popisuje a analyzuje proces provádění srážek z mezd zaměstnanců a poskytování příspěvku zaměstnavatele ve společnosti GE Money ČR. V závěru práce jsou navržena opatření ke zlepšení tohoto procesu.
