Setting out of the part of the cadastral boudary

This master thesis deals with identifying cadastral boundary between cadastral areas Holštejn and Lipovec u Blanska. The first part deals with the fundamental theoretical data that are required to create this thesis. In the second part there are analyzed the procedures and actions at various stages of formation of the thesis. The main output of this thesis will be the survey sketch for the geometric determination of cadastre unit. After consultation with employee of cadastral workplace, setting – out of the cadastral boundary will not be realized.

TITLE: Methods and Forms of Educating Gifted Students AUTHOR: Zuzana Staňková DEPARTMENT: Department of Primary Education of the Faculty of Education of the Charles University in Prague SUPERVISOR: PaedDr. Nataša Mazáčová, Ph.D. ABSTRACT: The aim of this dissertation is to analyze all significant components entering the process of educating gifted students, with the objective to positively influence and develop their potential, in a complex manner. These components are the initial theoretical pieces of knowledge that should be incorporated into specialized competence of each educator. Among the components are, in particular, characteristics of a gifted student, defining the terms talent and aptitude, specification of a gifted student's motivation, talent models analysis, description of educational and psychological diagnostics of talent, and legal documents related to working with gifted students at schools. Principal part of the theory section focuses on the issue of adjusting the education and training process to the needs of gifted students. It summarizes current educational approaches to training and raising gifted students. Taxonomy of cloud services

This thesis called "Taxonomy of cloud services" deals with description and categorization of services in the field of cloud computing. It aims to theoretically describe and approach this whole provisioning of ICT services model, to analyze the two leading providers of cloud services, and bring a new perspective on its taxonomy. The theoretical part defines the term cloud computing, its definition and a brief description of the history. Attention is paid to individual components, characteristics and infrastructure. It defines basic theoretical models of cloud computing categorization and at the end it devotes several chapters to security of the technology, its advantages and disadvantages, as well as the question of legislation. The practical part of the thesis concerns at first an analysis of two leading providers of cloud services, with the greatest attention given to examining the characteristics that these providers for their products give. Consequently, it creates a model for generalized multi-level taxonomy of services in the cloud based on the investigated characteristics. At the end of the practical part is the use of taxonomy demonstrated on simple application example and the entire work is summarized.

Fytoplazma stolburu bramboru (Potato stolbur phytoplasma) na zelenině

The bachelor's work "Potato stoblur phytoplasma on vegetables" presents literary research focused on the disease occurence in the Czech Republic and other countries. The bachelor's work describes causal agent of the symptoms at host plants, the possibilities of the phytoplasma transmission, sources of infection, economical importance and plant protection. Economicaly most important hosts, in which was phytoplasma shown are potato (Solanum tuberosum L.), tomato (Lycopersicon esculentum Mill), pepper (Capsicum annuum L.), celery (Apium graveolens L.) and grapevine (Vitis vinifera L.). Potato stolbur phytoplasma was firstly found in the Czech Republic region in the fifties of 20th century in south Moravia. The occurence on grapevine was found only in 2006. Danger of spreading consists in agrotechnological procedure failure -- especially insufficient weeds control, because the disease can be transmitted from weeds to cultivated crops.

Exogenní a endogenní faktory tvorby cibule u česneku kuchyňského v podmínkách in vitro

In this thesis the study of effects exogenous and engoenous factors on garlic (Allium sativum L.) plats in vitro was done. Species 'Lukan', 'Lan', 'Bjetin', 'Slavin' a 'Havran' were observed with their reactions to growth regulators added to MS medium with 0,5 mg.l-1 2iP, 0,2 mg.l-1 NAA - variants with PP 333, ABA, CEPA and increased sucrose content. During the growth of the plant, ethylene, ethane and CO2 concentrations in culturing bulbs were determined and plant growth was monitored, namely bulb creation and mass increase. At the end of the experiment, the stability of donor plant and explant was verified using DNA markers in 'Lan' and 'Lukan' species.

The effective tax rate of personal income tax in the EU

This diploma thesis explores effective tax rates of personal income tax in the European Union. It analyzes the tax policy of newer and older EU member states in relation to personal income tax and social security. Structural elements of this tax play an important role in taxation of natural persons and differ vastly in individual states of the EU. The discrepations among the taxation rates can cause serious problems in the functioning of the single market of the EU. The EU aims to coordinate and harmonize the direct taxes, which would remove the obstacles to the single market functioning. The taxation of natural persons shows apparent mutual differences among the states -- not just regarding rates of this particular tax -- resulting from cultural customs. These differences do not, so far, enable the approximation of individual states in natural persons' taxation and create space for possible tax competition.
