The theme of my bachelor’s thesis is a design of a new multifunctional centre in Brno, Údolní street. The area is located opposite the Obilný trh. Within the studio subject AG33 has been worked a study of this subjekt. This study was extended to the documentation for building permit, the documentation for the execution of the project now. The principle of the proposal is a connection of the Obilný trh and the Špilberk Castle. The building with its ramps and terraces follows the jurney is of the park and connects with them. The building is set down mainly for cultural events and leisure activities. Spaces are designed variably - can be adapted to different activities. The main mass of the building consists of two concert halls, café and a gym. In the other part of the building there is space for clubs, studio, hinterland of concert halls and technical rooms. The object is situated in the hillside and it is partly set in the terrain. Spaces without nature light and without ventilation are used as a technical rooms and warehouses.

Architectural study of accessible / protected/ spaces

The subject of the diploma thesis was the elaboration of an architectural study of the renovation and completion of the Secondary school Gemini in Brno on Vaculíkova street. The assignment was the completion of the school and the emergence of new accommodation, restaurant and services. This object is situated in Brno - Lesná. It is a relatively sloping land. The basis of the design was the completion of one school floor and the completion of a new w connected to the existing building. The original school was built parallel to the contour lines, while the completion of the new part of the object is perpendicular to the contour lines. This will create an optically enclosed garden space from Vaculíkova Street. The school's garden remains open to the park towards the Devil's Gorge. On the west side a new building with a restaurant and services is built, which is connected with the original school by a connecting neck.The basis of the design was the completion of one school floor and the completion of a new wing connected to the existing building. The original school was built parallel to the contour lines, while the completion of the new part of the object is perpendicular to the contour lines. This will create an optically enclosed garden space from Vaculíkova Street. The garden of this school is open to the park towards the Čertova rokle. On the west side was built a new objects with a restaurant and services, which is connected with the original school by a connecting neck. The design consists of three buildings with separate functions. There are classrooms, cabinets, sanitary facilities, etc. in the school. A rehabilitation center with facilities was situated in the southern part and restaurant, a dining room with a kitchen, an administrative department of the school and spaces for rent were built in the western building.

Community trade mark and its relation to a national trade mark (RESUMÉ) The purpose of my thesis is to describe and analyse the system of the protection of trade marks in the European Union in comparison with the protection granted to trade marks in member states, mainly in the Czech Republic. The thesis is divided into five chapters. Each chapter deals with different aspect of trade mark protection. The introduction of the thesis outlines main parts of the system of intellectual property rights and focuses on the trade mark and its importance in the European Union. Chapter One deals with possibilities of protection of the trade mark in the European Union. This chapter further specifies national trade mark system and its legal regulation in the European Union and in the Czech Republic and international trade mark system called Madrid system. Chapter Two describes grounds for establishment and existence of the Community trade mark. Description of legal regulation and sources, characteristic features and types of the Community trade mark is the subject of further parts of this chapter. Chapter Two also provides with the enumeration of possible owners of the Community trade mark, their rights and obligations and with the ways of disposal with their property. Trade relations between EU and ASEAN

This bachelor thesis focuses on the trade relations between EU and ASEAN. The first part is devoted to the introduction and mainly comparison of both organisations. It also describes the developement of trade relations since the establishment of initial contacts to the present. The last part is focused on the trade relations between Czech Republic and four selceted ASEAN coutnries.

Aspects of free movement of persons in Community law

Táto diplomová práca sa zaoberá právnou úpravou voľného pohybu osôb v komunitárnom práve, jej vývojom a súčasným stavom. Konkrétne sa zameriava najmä na zmeny v právnej úprave, ktoré nastali po prijatí smernice 2004/38/ES, ktorá zrušila predchádzajúce smernice upravujúce túto oblasť. Práca sa zaoberá prínosmi tejto smernice v oblasti slobody pohybu, ktoré spočívajú najmä v zjednodušení úpravy a rozšírení oprávnených subjektov. Rozbor smernice sa zameriava na práva plynúce z voľného pohybu a na možné obmedzenia tejto slobody. Práca porovnáva aj českú právnu úpravu, ktorá smernicu implementovala a jej súlad s požiadavkami smernice.
