Title: Methodics of courses for sports classes with the elements of initiative and adventure games aimed at strengthening social interaction among pupils across grade levels. Goals: The aim of this thesis is to design and evaluate a game map for an outdoor course program for sports classes. Methods: I have used a descriptive-analytical approach, specifically the content analysis of texts dealing with the methodics of courses for sports classes and my personal practical experience. I have carefully sorted the gathered information and systematically processed it into a clear and concise summary. The aim of the thesis is to determine the levels of reproduction of cattle in the Czech Republic, the world and in the selected company, then to compare them and to determine the influences that affect them. The company ARGA Březnice a.s., dairy cattle breeding mainly Czech Fleckvieh and about 60 Holstein cattle, was selected for the evaluation of reproduction. The current situation of cattle fertility in the Czech Republic and in the company was determined according to the records provided by ČMSCH, a.s. - Czech Moravian Breeders' Corporsation, plc . The level of reproduction in cattle breeding is generally weaker or poor. There are many influences on reproduction, some of which are more influential and others less so. For example, warmer temperatures have a very negative effect on calving in primiparous cows, a less negative effect on older dairy cows and a positive effect on heifers. When cows were divided into production groups, it was found that cows with an average daily milk yield of up to 27.9 litres conceived better at first insemination than cows with a higher yield. On the AGRA Březnice farm it was found that fertility is also influenced by properly conducted selection.

The aim of the bachelor thesis is to find out and compare the behaviour of heifers of different age during rearing. Monitoring of heifers was carried out at Agriprod ltd., the company with Holstein and Czech Fleckvieh breeding dairy cattle. Monitoring was carried out for 24 hours with 5 minutes intervals. Observed behaviour included feed intake, rest, standing, movement and comfort behaviour. The average age of groups was 4.3 months (group 1), 11.0 months (group 2), 17.5 months (group 3) and 23.0 months (group 4). Lengths of basic categories of behaviour varied according to the age of animals. The feed intake time was 7.5 hours for the first group, 5.7 hours for the second group, 3.7 hours for the third group and 1.3 hours for the last fourth group. The average length of the rest category by the age groups was: 13.4 hrs, 14.7 hrs, 13.4 hrs, 12.3 hrs. Differences have been also discovered in the manifestations of comfort behaviour.
