Proposal for a Change in the Employee Remuneration and Motivation System in a Selected Company

The contens of my dissertation deal with motivation, assessment and system of rewarding for employees in a choosed firm. The system of rewarding must be setted up to be understanable and fair for employees and so they could be motivated to a better achievement. The aim of this dissertation is in terms of theoretical knowledge that will be delimitated in the first part of this dissertation and consecutive analyse of present situation of a firm in the second part of my dissertation to propose such a system of rewarding that is going to contribute to bigger satisfaction and better job participation of employees and so to raise productivity of a firm.

This bachelor’s thesis is dealing with strategic marketing of company PETRA ODRAZILOVÁ PHOTOGRAPHY. It analyses the overall situation on the photography market, the company itself, its strengths and weaknesses, opportunities and threats. According to these analyses it suggests new resolutions, which could lead to gain new customers and total improvement of the company. Then is evaluated economic situation of the company.

The Management Evaluation of the Municipality Bohdalice - Pavlovice

This bachelor thesis focuses on budget economy of municipality Bohdalice – Pavlovice in the years 2006 – 2009. The theoretical part of the thesis defines the status of the municipalities as basic elements of the municipal authorities in the Czech Republic. Next the thesis describes the principles of economy according to budget, and budget receipts and expenditures. The practical part of the thesis contains basic data of the town Bohdalice – Pavlovice, municipal authority, and analysis of budget receipts and expenditures during the monitored years. The final part of the bachelor thesis comprises suggestions for improvement of the effectiveness of economy in the municipality.

Diplomová práce se zabývá popisem a analýzou zákadních charakteristik obce Nový Malín. Jedná se předevších o analýzu demografické struktury obyvatelstva a popis sociální a technické infrastruktury v obci.Na danou analýzu pak navazují navrhovaná řešení pro budoucí rozvoj obce.Tato řešení vycházejí ze současné situace a výsledků dotazníkového šetření.Součástí práce je také historický přehled hlavních událostí, které mají vliv na současný život v obci.
