Mobile IP in MANETs
Raška, Martin ; Hošek, Jiří (referee) ; Skořepa, Michal (advisor)
This thesis discuss about the problem with mobility of stations in IP networks, concretely protocol Mobile IP and about the problems with this protocol in MANET networks, with the scope on Motorola MESH. First part is about design integration of protocol Mobile IP in this networks with usage Tropos 5210 MetroMesh routers and Cisco components (router, switch) to design and configure wireless MESH network, than connect this network with Cisco components and try to implement Mobile IP into this network. Second part is about design and configure wireless network from Cisco Wireless Access Points and about succesfully implementation of Mobile IP protocol into this network. In the last part is some tests of the function and quality of this topology.
Analytical determination of active compounds by liquid chromatography II
Raška, Martin ; Sochor, Jaroslav (advisor) ; Kovaříková, Petra (referee)
ANALYTICAL DETERMINATION OF ACTIVE COMPOUNDS BY LIQUID CHROMATOGRAPHY II. The Preliminary Study of SPME Master's Thesis Martin Raška Charles University in Prague, Faculty of Pharmacy in Hradec Králové, Department of Pharmaceutical Chemistry and Drug Control, Heyrovského 1203, Hradec Králové This thesis deals with the issue of analytical determination of active compounds by liquid chromatography. It's specifically focused on determination of benzodiazepines in biological material by using solid-phase microextraction (SPME) and high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC). HPLC is one of the most important chromatographic methods today. Its main advantages are sensitivity, selectivity and speed of separation and creation of reproducible record. SPME can be described as a simple and effective sample preparation technique integrating sorption, desorption and concentration of an analyte. This technique is solvent-free and requires no use of a complicated apparatus. Its basic principle is the exposure of liquid or fluid sample to a small amount of extraction phase. The following chromatographic conditions were proved to be optimal. Methanol:water (80:20) was used as a mobile phase with pH value adjusted to 7.5, flow rate was 0.8 ml/min and detection wavelength was 254 nm. Polydimethylsiloxane fiber...
Solid-phase Microextraction of Oxazepam from Plasma
Raška, Martin ; Sochor, Jaroslav (advisor) ; Štěrbová, Petra (referee)
Solid-phase microextraction of oxazepam from plasma Rigorous thesis Mgr. Martin Raška Charles University in Prague, Faculty of Pharmacy in Hradec Králové, Department of Pharmaceutical Chemistry and Drug Control, Heyrovského 1203, Hradec Králové This rigorous thesis deals with the issue of extracting active compounds from the biological material. It's specifically focused on the extraction of oxazepam from plasma sample (containing 10 percent of plasma) using solid-phase microextraction (SPME) followed by the analysis of extracted compound using high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC). SPME is ideal method for biological material processing. It's simple and effective sample preparation technique integrating sorption, desorption and concentration of an analyte, that doesn't require use of any solvents or complicated apparatus. The basic principle of this method is exposure of liquid or fluid sample to a small amount of extraction phase. Polydimethylsiloxan/divinylbenzen (PDMS/DVB) fiber was used for the extractions from plasma samples undertaken in the practical part of this thesis. Except the quantitative analysis there were plasma samples containing oxazepam in concentration of 0,1 mg/ml used. The optimal conditions of the extraction were determined in the first part of the practical section....
First Czechoslovak Republic as a semi-presidential system
Raška, Martin ; Mlejnek, Josef (advisor) ; Gelnarová, Jitka (referee)
Dissertation deals with the question if the first Czechoslovak Republic had signs of semipresidential regime. The theoretical part deals with the theoretical definition of parliamentary, presidential and semi- presidential system. The practical part is divided into several parts, which dealt with the institution of the president of Czechoslovakia and its role in the political system and the characteristics of the Weimar Republic. The presidential term TG Masaryk focuses on the constitution of the head of state and its real political influence on the formation and activities of governments. The thesis also examines the status of Edvard Benes as President of the Republic at the time of the Munich crisis and February 1948, including his time in exile government. The study of the Weimar Republic, focused on the position of Reich President and compares it with the Czechoslovak head of state. Powered by TCPDF (www.tcpdf.org)

Universal metric spaces
Raška, Martin ; Hušek, Miroslav (advisor) ; Vejnar, Benjamin (referee)
The thesis covers the properties of isometric embeddings of metric spaces into the Urysohn universal space U (P.S. Urysohn, 1927) and its generalizations (M. Katětov, 1988). The examination of various metric properties of the space U leads to the question of extendability of the embedding ϕ: M → U from a subspace M of a space P onto an embedding Φ: P → U. We approach to this question in situation P = M ∪ {p} in finer form. If ϕ denotes an embedding M → U, let Rϕ denotes the set of images of the point p in U under all possible isometric extensions of the embedding ϕ (we call Rϕ the space of realizations). The main objective of this thesis is answering the following question: Which forms do the spaces Rϕ assume, if ϕ passes all embeddings of the space M into the space U? Corollary 1 and theorem 3 in the II. part of the thesis metrically characterize the family {Rϕ|ϕ: M → U}. We use previous results in part III in order to determine the number of classes of metrically equivalent embeddings of the space M into the space U. As a consequence, we obtain the result of J. Melleray about the homogeneity of the space U.
Sums of squares in number fields
Raška, Martin ; Kala, Vítězslav (advisor) ; Yatsyna, Pavlo (referee)
The goal of this thesis is to study real quadratic number fields Q( √ D) such that, for a given rational integer m, all m-multiples of totally positive integers are sums of squares. We prove quite sharp necessary and sufficient conditions for this to happen. Further, we give a fast algorithm that verifies this property for specific m, D and that for a fixed m finds all such fields in polynomial time. 1
