Analysis of Economic Data using Statistical Methods

This bachelor thesis presents the analysis of the financial situation in the selected company using statistical methods and selected economic indicators in 2011–2019 period. The structure of the thesis is divided into the theoretical and practical part. The former describes methods of financial and regression analysis and also tools of time series analysis. The latter applies aforementioned methods and tools in order to analyse financial data of the company and to evaluate its situation. The thesis concludes with suggestions and recommendations as to the improvement of future financial situation and stability of the selected company.

Euthanasia interferes with various aspects of the human life - ethic, moral, legal and religious. However, it is vital to determine what can be labelled as euthanasia. Principal information: Euthanasia is called "good" or "merciful" death. Nevertheless, it is an intended termination of the life of dying people that is carried out by a doctor on the basis of a voluntary demand from patients. Therefore, euthanasia could significantly affect the patient - doctor relationship which is based on certain moral values. For this reason, from the ethical and moral point of view, it is considered an unacceptable act. Concerning laws in the Czech Republic, euthanasia is judged as a crime - murder. Currently, society is heading step by step towards the legalization of euthanasia which has not been approved so far, but it is necessary to wait for what the future has in store for us. Rights among neighbours

Resumé The main aim of this thesis is to describe and analyze a current state of law of neighbour's rights. In the Czech Republic the legal relations between neighbours are stated in the act No. 40/1964 Coll., the Civil Code and it has an unfungible place in our legal order. The legal relations between neighbours belong into the area of the jura in re and they are connected with the problems of ownership. Ownership is absolute law. It means that it has impact against everybody. Everybody has to refrain from the intervention to owner's right but sometimes it's necessary to limit this right. One of these cases is regulation of neighbour's rights according to section 127 of Civil Code. This regulation is very austere and uses the general concepts such as "reasonable degree of conditions". In these cases, there is a collision of ownership of one neighbour with the same right of another. The thesis deals with possible interferences to the law of owners, mostly owners of neighbour's immovable things and protection from these interferences. A person in whose favour the restriction is stated state may not be a direct neighbour, but it can be anyone who interferes without prejudice to its rights. Life events as risk factors of alcohol abuse in women

Je možné odhalit etiologii problémového pití alkoholu? Tuto otázku vystřídá ihned otázka další: Existuje vůbec nějaký počátek, který je možné definovat? Pakliže ano, co všechno etiologie pití v tomto smyslu může zahrnovat? Jak můžeme odlišit predeterminanty abúzu alkoholu od počáteční nebo pokročilé fáze pití, ve které teprve klienta-ku v nějakém zařízení potkáváme? Existuje mnoho otázek v myslích lidí zabývajících se problematikou alkoholismu, které čekaly a mnohdy stále čekají na podrobnější odpovědi. Ze studia odborné literatury vyplývá, že termíny etiologie nebo příčina vzniku abúzu alkoholu by měly být nahrazeny výstižnějším pojmem, který zahrnuje multifaktoriální přístup. Takovým termínem jsou: rizikové faktory. Rizikovými faktory jsou myšlené určité predispozice člověka (biologické, psychologické a sociální) k potenciálnímu problémovému pití. Jedná se v tomto smyslu o životní události a reakce na ně, které předcházejí samotnému začátku abúzu alkoholu. "Není to náhoda nebo osud, co určuje problémové pití, ale události v určité kombinaci a souvislostech, jež vedou člověka k problémovému pití."
