This bachelor's thesis focuses on the construction of an investment stock portfolio for a retail investor. The thesis is divided into three main parts. In the theoretical one, the concepts that are essential for understanding the issues of this thesis are defined and delineated. The analytical part deals with the analysis of individual companies and including the calculation of the intrinsic value of their shares. In the last, design part, an investment stock portfolio for a model retail investor is created based on the findings of the analytical part.

This bachelor thesis focuses on evaluating the performance of the company Fosfa a.s. through financial analysis tools. The introductory part of the thesis defines the problem and sets goals, which are subsequently explored within the methodology. The theoretical framework provides a basic foundation for financial analysis, while the analysis of the problem and the current situation focuses on the specificities of Fosfa a.s. Proposals for solutions offer concrete recommendations for improving the company's performance, in line with identified needs and challenges. Overall, the thesis provides an overview of the financial situation of the company and suggests specific steps to achieve better performance.

Evaluation of the financial situation in a specific company

The bachelor's thesis is focused on the financial situation of the company "Koření, s.r.o." in the period 2018-2022. The first part focuses on the theory required for financial analysis itself. The analytical part deals with the analysis of Koření, s.r.o. and its competitor Pěkný-Unimex, s.r.o., some of the results of the two companies are further compared with each other. Data for financial analysis are used from financial statements (balance sheet, profit and loss account, cash flow and internal company information) for each year. The last part is focused on my created proposals to improve the financial situation of the company.

The investment portfolio and its creation

The thesis on "Investment portfolio and its creation" focuses on the application of fundamental analysis, the output of which is the creation of a stock portfolio suitable for the profile of a retail investor with a value approach. The companies analyzed are listed on the US stock exchanges and are classified in the technology sector. The first part of the thesis is devoted to the definition of the theoretical background related to the issue of investment portfolio creation and fundamental analysis. The analytical part of the thesis is devoted to the development of the necessary analyses, which subsequently lead to the calculation of the intrinsic value of the selected companies based on the FCFE model. The results are then compared and evaluated using the scoring method of cross-company comparison. The final part of the thesis is devoted to the elaboration of investment recommendations for the client.

The bachelor thesis focuses on the evaluation of the financial situation of Truhlík s.r.o. in the years 2018 – 2022. The first part focuses on the theoretical starting points needed to process the analysis of the company, defines the selected methods and tools for a comprehensive evaluation of the company. The second part of the work then deals with the analysis of the company and the overall assessment of its financial health. Based on the results found, individual solutions leading to the improvement of the company's financial situation are proposed. These proposals are part of the third part of this work.

The Insurance Protection of the Business Entity

The bachelor's thesis is focused on solving the issue of insurance protection in a specific business entity, appearing in this bachelor thesis as První servisní s.r.o. The aim of this bachelor's thesis is to propose a modification/change of the current insurance coverage of První servisní s.r.o. based on the performed risk analysis. First of all, the basic theoretical starting points are elaborated in the thesis, where it is described, what risks are, how risk analysis is carried out and what types of insurance exist. In the practical part, the analysed company itself is first described. On the basis of an interview with one of the owners of this company, the risks that threaten it the most are identified, while they are qualitatively evaluated. It is also assessed to what extent this company currently has insurance protection set up. In the design part, the company is recommended the design of an insurance product in order to make its current insurance protection more efficient.

This bachelor thesis deals with the evaluation of the performance of the company Choceňská mlékárna s.r.o. for the period 2018-2022 and subsequent proposals for improving its financial situation. The thesis is divided into four main parts. The first one is devoted to the objectives and methodology in its preparation. This is followed by the theoretical part, which is aimed at explaining the important tools, indicators and procedures of financial and strategic analysis. In the third part, the selected company is first introduced and then an analysis of its current state is carried out, which is the basis for the fourth and final part. The latter includes the actual proposals of measures and solutions that should improve the financial performance of the enterprise.

The financial performance of the real estate fund

The thesis on the topic "The financial performance of the real estate fund" will address all aspects influencing the financial performance of the selected real estate fund with the aim of proposing concepts for its future improvement. The first part of the thesis will describe the basic principles of functioning of the real estate market, together with the specification of the legal framework of investment funds in the Czech Republic and financial indicators of basic criteria for assessing financial performance. The second analytical part will deal with the historical analysis of the chosen fund, comparison of relevant financial indicators with the benchmark, and overall summary of its performance. Finally, suggestions for improvement based on the results of the previous section will be developed.

The introductory part describes the theoretical background, basic concepts associated with development activity, and methods for the economic evaluation of projects. Furthermore, the thesis describes various methods and sources of financing for these projects. It also includes an analysis of the current state of the real estate market. In the final part, a financing proposal for a specific development project is developed and an analysis of the outcomes of two possible sales scenarios is conducted.
