Diplomová práce na téma „Investiční portfolio a jeho tvorba“ se zaměřuje na aplikaci fundamentální analýzy, jejímž výstupem je vytvoření akciového portfolia vhodného pro profil retailového investora s hodnotovým přístupem. Analyzovány jsou společnosti kótované na amerických burzách, které se řadí do technologického sektoru. První část práce se věnuje vymezení teoretických východisek, která jsou s problematikou tvorby investičního portfolia a fundamentální analýzy spjata. Analytická část práce se věnuje vypracování potřebných analýz, které následně vedou k výpočtu vnitřní hodnoty vybraných společností na základě modelu FCFE. Výstupy jsou dále porovnány a vyhodnoceny pomocí bodovací metody mezipodnikového srovnání. Závěrečná část práce je věnovaná zpracování investičních doporučení pro zadavatele práce. The thesis on "Investment portfolio and its creation" focuses on the application of fundamental analysis, the output of which is the creation of a stock portfolio suitable for the profile of a retail investor with a value approach. The companies analyzed are listed on the US stock exchanges and are classified in the technology sector. The first part of the thesis is devoted to the definition of the theoretical background related to the issue of investment portfolio creation and fundamental analysis. The analytical part of the thesis is devoted to the development of the necessary analyses, which subsequently lead to the calculation of the intrinsic value of the selected companies based on the FCFE model. The results are then compared and evaluated using the scoring method of cross-company comparison. The final part of the thesis is devoted to the elaboration of investment recommendations for the client.
