Vegetable adaptogens - Schizandra chinensis
Pospíchalová, Lucie ; Půčková, Helena (referee) ; Kotlík, Josef (advisor)
This thesis deals with plant adaptogens (bioactive substances) in the plant Schisandra chinensis. The theoretical part is focused on characterization of the Schisandra genus, characterization of the Schisandra chinensis as a plant, its properties, occurrence and growing possibilities in the regional climate zone of the South Moravian Region as well as the use of this plant. Furthermore, adaptogens are described from a chemical point of view and their possible methods of isolation from individual parts of plants. The experimental part deals with extraction of fruits and leaves from plant Schisandra chinensis. Further, in the leaves extract was determined chlorophyll a, chlorophyll b and carotenoids by spectrophotometry, where the quantity of individual substances was confirmed for months April – May.

Adaptogens in the Shizandra chinensis plant
Pospíchalová, Lucie ; Půčková, Helena (referee) ; Kotlík, Josef (advisor)
This diploma thesis deals with plant adaptogens (bioactive substances) in the plant Schisandra chinensis. The theoretical part is focused on characterization of the Schisandra genus, characterization of the Schisandra chinensis as a plant, its properties, occurrence and growing possibilities in the climate zone. Furthermore, The effects of these adaptogens on the organism and the prediction of possible use in food supplements are described. The experimental part deals with the extraction of fruits and leaves from plant Schisandra chinensis. Further, chlorophyll a, chlorophyll b in the leaves extract was determined by UV – VIS spectrophotometry, whereby the optimal amount 3:1 of chlorophyll was confirmed for the plants growing in optimal conditions. Finally, the concentration of the adaptogen schisandrin A in the dried fruits was from different kind of extraction measured by HPLC. In all fruits, schisandrin A was confirmed, but the amount is different in each sample.

Accounts of knowledge - the role and the structure of relationship and personality knowledge and skills
Pospíchalová, Lucie ; Štech, Stanislav (advisor) ; Francová, Veronika (referee)
The present work deals with the relationship of students 8th years of elementary school to the knowledge and learning and skills they have acquired and learned. Relationship to cognition and learning with colleague Daniel Kubín, we examined the technique of "knowledge account." In this work we deal with students of the three Prague elementary schools and just using the "knowledge account" we are trying to find out how they relate to the world, to themselves to his family, to school, etc. In the context of these knowledge account written conclude then, what is their relationship to knowledge and learning. Balance are a response to the question, "Since you were born, you have learnt a lot of things. We would like you to think about and write it down. What sort of things would you like to learn in the future?" The technique was first applied here in Prague in 1992 by Prague group of school ethnography (writes) in the scientific research at several elementary schools in Prague 3. The first research with quantitative analysis was performed by means of knowledge accounts already in the above-mentioned in 1992 (writes in Štech, 1992, 2001). The second was conducted by Jitka Pýchová and Kateřina Hipmannová in the framework of their theses in 2002. The third research students to recognize relationships we...

Factors influencing performance of the basketball referee
Pospíchalová, Lucie ; Velenský, Michael (advisor) ; Kaprálek, Tomáš (referee)
Title: Factors influencing performance of the basketball referee Objectives: To map the biggest factors which are influencing performance of the basketball referee who controls the republic matches. Via questionnaire we try to find out which factors the most influencing performance of the basketball referee. Methods: We used exploration method technique through an un-standard questionnaire with finished and open questions. Results: The most important factors which are influencing basketball referee are: the importance of the match, score of the game, spectators, experiences, knowledge of the rules, fitness, coaches, actual and psychological situation. Out of these factors the performance of the referee the most influencing is experiences and at least is spectators. These factors significantly influencing performance of the referee. Keywords: match, stress, practice, basketball rules, player, coach, aggression, fitness, experience
