Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá rostlinnými adaptogeny (bioaktivními látkami) v rostlině Schisandra chinensis. Teoretická část je zaměřena na charakterizaci rodu Schisandra, charakterizaci rostliny Schisandra chinensis, její vlastnosti, výskyt a pěstební možnosti v regionálním podnebném pásmu Jihomoravského kraje a také využití této rostliny. Dále jsou popsány adaptogeny z chemického hlediska a jejich možné metody izolace z jednotlivých částí rostlin. Experimentální část práce se zabývá extrakcí plodů a listů v rostlině Schisandra chinensis. Z extraktů listů byl dále stanoven obsah chlorofylu a, chlorofylu b a karotenoidů pomocí spektrofotometrie, kdy bylo potvrzeno množství jednotlivých látek na období duben - květen. This thesis deals with plant adaptogens (bioactive substances) in the plant Schisandra chinensis. The theoretical part is focused on characterization of the Schisandra genus, characterization of the Schisandra chinensis as a plant, its properties, occurrence and growing possibilities in the regional climate zone of the South Moravian Region as well as the use of this plant. Furthermore, adaptogens are described from a chemical point of view and their possible methods of isolation from individual parts of plants. The experimental part deals with extraction of fruits and leaves from plant Schisandra chinensis. Further, in the leaves extract was determined chlorophyll a, chlorophyll b and carotenoids by spectrophotometry, where the quantity of individual substances was confirmed for months April – May.
