Maps for mentally handicapped people

The thesis deals with problems of creating maps for people with developmental disabilities. After analysis, it was necessary to admit that types of maps intended for people with developmental disabilities do not exist. Therefore, it was suggested to do our own cartographic work in co-operation with schools for students with developmental disabilities. It ought to make working with maps easier, especially for students attending schools for people with developmental disabilities. Three charts of the Czech Republic were created in scale 1 : 2 000 000. Subsequently a plan of Zlín was created in scale 1 : 4 000. The whole thesis is connected with issues of developmental disabilities, special education, especially educating of students with developmental disabilities. The main aim is joining creation cartographic work with intellectual level of people with developmental disabilities.
Security of data stored on the hard disk

This work is dedicated to the security of data stored on the hard drive of your computer and using encryption. The first part explains the basic concepts of cryptography and describes her in history. In other chapters, this work is dedicated to a description of the side channels and attacks on these channels. How can the attacker obtain information from a cryptographic module. The following section describes the types of encryption they use nowadays and what are their weaknesses. Bachelor thesis continues with examples of individual encryption programs and device ICZ Protect Boot. The last part deals with resistance testing on equipment ICZ Protect Boot. Testing of resistance to flow analysis using a side channel. Finally, bachelor thesis deals with the analysis of communication between the computer and ICZ Protect Boot.
Evaluation of patient dose in mammography

Breast cancer presents serious epidemiological problem, in result of which die more than 2 000 czech women every year. Screening mammography is one of the most expanded and most effective examinations for early detection of this desease but one has to take into account an inconsiderable risk connected with the procedure based on X-ray ionizing radiation. This diploma thesis deals with evaluation of the dose absorbed by the tissue. It contains the description of evaluation of the average dose in glandular tissue on PMMA phantom, as well as results of the measurements on conventional and digital mammograph. A data file with exposure parameters from mammography screening is included and interpreted. Also the Monte Carlo method was used for the dose evaluation, the thesis contains the brief description of the method, concept of analysis model in mammography and results of simulations.

Title: Key parts of the carved curves instruction - training set Aim of the study: The aim of the thesis is to create a multimedia tool for teaching carving arcs, which will include appropriate training exercises, broken down by key points in the teaching method and describe their implementation. Methods: In developing this thesis was used both methods and content analysis methods participant and nonparticipant observation and video analysis coupled with digital recording and practical DVD creation. Results: The result of the work is created by a DVD containing a selection of twenty eight exercises for teaching key locations in the carving. Complex evaluation of the basic school ski courses in the Czech republic

Name: Complex Evaluation of Primary School Ski Courses in the Czech Republic Objective: The objective of this diploma thesis is a complex evaluation of a representative primary school ski courses in the Czech Republic according to the five following criteria, which are staffing of the course, content and organisation of the course, health and safety of the pupils, methodology of the training and economic side. The crucial aspect of the evaluation is the fact whether the working hypotheses will be proved or disproved. Methodology: Our thesis has the character of a qualitative research. Data that refer to the topic are collected in the form of non anonymous survey of at random chosen primary schools in all regions of the Czech Republic. For this purpose, a non-standardized questionnaire is used. It consists of open-ended, semi close-ended and close-ended questions. The questionnaire is compiled to enable a complex evaluation of ski courses in accordance with the areas of interest, which are staffing of the course, content and organisation of the course, health and safety of the pupils, methodology of the training and economic safeguarding. Title: Nutrition monitoring in top Czech Republic women white water slalom athletes in the race period of the season. Aim of the study: Comparison of actual quantitative and qualitative composition of the diet in the Czech water slalom paddlers (women) in the racing period to daily recommended standards for the population group of athletes with a corresponding energy output. Using the results, create both general and individual recommendations and assess the need for the use of supplements in the diet of water slalom athletes. Methods: The thesis is a case study and it is a kind of qualitative research. For our study we chose two main methods. Prospective study method and the method of interview. To determine the total daily energy intake and diet quality inventorial analysis of the four- day dietary record of the respondents was used. For comparison with the standards, the data were subsequently processed by standardized software applications of database functions MS Excel (Vilikus a kol., 2002) and accompanied by a critical commentary. Diagnosis of the nutritional status focused on overweight and obese population

Title Diagnosis of the nutritional status focused on overweight and obese population. The aim of the work The aim of thesis is to summarize and describe the methods that are used for determining the nutritional status of overweight and obese individuals. Methodology The thesis is a theoretical work with a search character. The main method in the creation of this type of work is a critical content analysis of available resources for the work, and the subsequent comparison of selected findings about diagnosis of nutritional status of overweight and obese population. Results Review article shows that in the clinical practices of identifying a person's nutritional status of overweight or obese at the first contact with the examined using BMI. The orientation index is also used index WHR. Due to the approximate nature of these indexes, however, provides for additional precise examinations body composition, which are for example caliper measurements or bioimpedance. Essential components of a diagnosis of nutritional status are also constitutional typology, family and personal history, immunological examination, biochemical tests and monitoring dietary habits.
