The bachelor thesis emphasizes on the goal of the evaluation of the financial situation of the company in the years 2015 to 2019. The thesis is divided into three main parts. The first part contains theory resources including explanation of terms and methods of individual indicators that are used for evaluation of financial situation. The second part is practical part, in which is introduced the company and the methods from first part are here apllied. The third part containts suggestions for its potential improvement.

This bachelor’s thesis deals with the evaluation of the economic performance of the OPTIKAB company for the years 2015-2019 by using financial analysis tools. In the theoretical part there are described various methods of financial analysis and indicators which are applied later in the work. In the practical part, previously described indicators are used to perform a financial analysis of the company. The final part focuses on proposals that could prove beneficial for the company’s current situation.

The aim of this thesis is to asses the financial situation of a company based on the results of financial analysis and to present proposals for improvements in problem areas. The thesis is divided into three parts. In the first part were collected theoretical knowledge and procedures necessary to understand the nature of financial analysis. The second part applies the theoretical knowledge and assess the situation in the given company. In the third part of the work are then presented recommendations for improvement of a problematic areas.

PERSPECTIVES OF IPO DEVELOPMENT IN CENTRAL AND EASTERN EUROPEAN REGION

The main aim of this dissertation is to identify the factors influencing the decision-making of enterprises on entering the capital market in selected CEE countries and formulate recommendations for further development of this form of financing. The key methodological tool is the collection of primary data by means of a questionnaire in which respondents (usually in the CFOs position) expressed their views on the issues related to internal and external factors affecting IPO activity. The results of the questionnaire survey show that the strongest motives for IPO implementation are the ability to raise capital to finance investment opportunities, improve publicity and image of the company, reduce debt, and be recognized by a relevant financial community as an important company. Among the barriers that most affect IPO implementation are the obligation to disclose company information that is key to a competitive advantage, asymmetry of information between external investors and the company, the interest in retaining decision-making control over the company, and the existence of alternative administratively less complex capital resources at the time of implementation of IPO. As per CFOs macroeconomic factors that have the greatest impact on IPO are favorable conditions in the stock market, favorable conditions in the sector in which the company operates, favorable GDP growth, and the use of banking loan at a relatively low interest rate. The results of the dissertation are the basis for the formulation of recommendations for potential IPO candidates.

This bachelor’s thesis focuses on the evaluation of the financial situation of the company PFM-service s.r.o. in 2016-2019. For the evaluation, there are used methods and procedures of financial analysis. This work is divided into three chapters. The first part describes the indicators, which are then used in the following practical part of the work, to perform a financial analysis. The last chapter includes own solutions, which are used in problematic areas and serve to improve the current financial situation of the company.

This bachelor's thesis focuses on financing of development projects. The first part presents theoretical basis, basic concepts related to development projects and ways of economic evaluation of those projects. Furthermore, the methods and sources of project financing are presented. This list also includes funding development projects through crowdfunding portals. An analysis of the current state of the development projects and real estate market is performed. The last part deals with a proposal for financing a specific development project and an analysis of the results of two sales scenarios.

The theoretical part provides a general overview of the topics of financing and there are characterizes the varoius types of analysis which are used to assess the state of organisation. In the practical part , the individual results of the analyzes are used , which serve to objectively evaluate the situation of the company and to draw another conclusion.
