The diploma thesis deals with a problematics of project management. The major point is to create a project that is aiming on expanding field of aktivity in selected company with the use of theoretical knowledge of project management. This knowledge is desribed in first chapter of the diploma thesis. The second chapter contains basic informations about company and the analysis of company surroundings. The last part of the thesis solves proposals and desribes benefits created by these solutions in monitored company.

The Bachelor’s thesis focuses on use financial analysis and also on subsequent use of statistical methods of future development company AGROS Vyškov – Dědice a.s. The thesis has several parts, theoretical part which contains theory about economics indicators and part dealing with statistical methods. Next up is analytical part, which is dealing with real state company evaluation from economic perspective and its evaluation. The thesis is ended with suggestions about improving state of the company, incurred from analyzed indicators and also processed statistical methods and economics indicators in VBA program.
