The thesis deals with the technological stage of the rough construction of the annex and the reconstruction of the apartment building on Neumannova Street in Brno-Pisárky. These are earthworks, rough substructure, rough construction, demolition work, and some of the finishing work. The diploma thesis deals with the design of the work process of the works, the design of the machine assemblies, the studies of the implementation of the main technological stages, the preparation of the budget item, the time schedule, the time and the financial plan of the object, the control and testing plan, the material assurance plan and the transport relations. Further, the design of the building facility is processed and a technical report of the building facility is made.

This bachelor thesis focuses on the technological stage of the gross construction of Vinoř Primary School. The thesis consists of a technical report of a construction and technological project, design of a building site, mechanical assembly, broader relation of the transport routes, technological regulation for cast-in-place reinforced concrete construction, inspection and test plan, health and safety at work, environmental protection and comparison of sloped and supporting excavations. Furthermore, the thesis includes also an itemized budget and time schedule.

The diploma thesis deals with preparation, organization and construction technology of an administrative building in Karviná. It is about new building with four above ground floor. From a design point of view, the structure is designed as a precast concrete frame. The diploma thesis contains technical report, coordinating situation with design of transport ways, time financial plan, study of the implementation of the main technological phases, concept of construction site equipment, design of machinery set, time plan with worker bilancion, material delivery plan for rough building, technical report for masonry work, inspection and test plan for masonry work, item budget with the statement of measurements and noice study for earthworks.

The subject of the diploma thesis is construction technology project of polyfunctional building VEKTOR in Pardubice. Building object has seven overground floors and has not basement. The construction system of the building is a monolithic skeleton consisting of columns and a ceiling slab. Part of the thesis includes technical reports, construction technology study, situation with wider transport route relationships, the project of the construcion zone equipment, suggestion of machines and mechanisms, plan for securing material resources, technological regulation for monolithic constructions, control and test plan for monolithic constructions, item budget, time schedule, chronological and financial plan of the building – object.

Investment project in the municipality

The bachelor’s thesis is devoted to explaining keynotes of the investment in public sector. The first part of the thesis is theoretical. There are defined the concepts of public investment, public contact and posibilities financing of these investments. Municipalities management, municipal budgets and regional development are further solved topics in this section. The practical part describes the financing and influence of the investment on the development of the municipality. As a speific investment, I choose a project called „New building of kindergarten in Dolní Loučky“.
