The possibilities of optimization of the control elements in the cabin of the L-39NG aircraft
Klečák, Filip ; Zikmund, Pavel (referee) ; Procházková, Hana (advisor)
An effective cockpit design is one of the main prerequites for creating a succesful aircraft. This statement is even more pronounced in the sphere of military aviation, where perfect synergy is usually required between the pilot and the aircraft. This thesis focuses on optimization of control elements in the cockpit of the Aero L-39NG aircraft, a new trainer airplane designed by the czech company Aero Vodochody AEROSPACE. This airplane belongs to the jet trainer airplane category, representing an important role in training military pilots progressing towards fighter airplanes. The chosen method of conduction is a research of similar trainer airplanes as well as modern fighter airplanes, examination and comparison of used control elements and equipment. The main objective is to create suggestions of possible cockpit opimizations according to the trends observed in the studied aircraft.
Analysis of ultralight aircraft accidents
Belák, Richard ; Koštial, Rostislav (referee) ; Procházková, Hana (advisor)
This thesis deals with the analysis of accidents of ultralight aircraft that entered the reversed command flight mode and subsequently crashed. Unfortunately, most of the accidents ended fatally, and so this thesis is designed so that at the end of it the reader will have an understanding of what mistakes pilots have made and how to avoid them. The thesis explains the origins of the reversed command and discusses in detail the accidents it caused. The most at-risk group appears to be pilots who are in the 61–72 age range and have flown up to 600 flight hours. In some cases, these pilots had a break of several months before the flight and their aircraft was often not in serviceable condition. A frequent mistake was the effort to choose the so-called "impossible turn" and in some cases pilot indiscipline played a role.
International conventions and agreements in the field of international civil aviation
Procházková, Hana ; Šplíchal, Miroslav (referee) ; Chlebek, Jiří (advisor)
This bachelor thesis deals with the issue of international conventions and agreements in the field of international civil aviation, by which the Czech Republic is bound. I drew information of this topic mainly from electronic versions of conventions and agreements and from portals dealing with either aviation or legal issues. Then I characterized each convention separately. Conventions and agreements are arranged chronologically as they have gradually evolved. For better orientation I also divided them into four main groups. I have set out a list of bilateral agreements in the annex. I also included amendments of international conventions in the annex and sample examples of questions, that can help students. For a clearer overview I created a timeline, where I again stated very briefly what the convention is about, when it was created, until when it was force, or what other convention replaced it. The work can also be used, for example, in the theoretical teaching of pilot students, or as an aid in preparing for theoretical pilot tests.
Influence of stress on pilot abilities
Procházková, Hana ; Chlebek, Jiří (referee) ; Šplíchal, Miroslav (advisor)
The diploma thesis focuses on measuring the pilot´s stress during real flights. The general methodology is established. This methodology should be followed when measuring stress. This methodology is applied on students and pilots during a real flight. Results show that with the gradual data collection, this methodology could contribute to the long-term goal of setting the tolerable level of stress and help streamline flight training.
Planning optimal VFR routes from the Czech Republic to the Kingdom of Belgium
Steinhauser, Filip ; Procházková, Hana (referee) ; Sklenář, Filip (advisor)
The aim of this bachelor’s thesis is to create the navigation preparation for VFR flight from Brno Turany airport (LKTB) to Oostende airport (EBOS) in The Kingdom of Belgium. Navigation preparation is created for three types of aircraft, namely Cessna C 172 SP, Piper PA-28-181 Archer II and Tecnam P-2002 JF. The first part is about the pilot requirments and the aircraft intruducion. After that there is the weight and balance calculation, performance calculation and created plan of track. In the end is the flight cost calculation.
Optimization of flight trajectories of small aircraft
Fried, Kristián ; Procházková, Hana (referee) ; Šplíchal, Miroslav (advisor)
The thesis deals with optimization of vertical flight path of smaller aircraft, aiming to construct a mathematical model for mnimizing energy consumption during flight. The model has been set up to work with aircraft types Cessna C172 and WT9 Dynamic in accordance to their instrumentation and style of operation. The optimization model results are compared with flight data acquired from the real world operation for potential fuel burn and CO2 emmisions savings. The output of the diploma thesis may be used during flight planning or analyzing the operational fligt data.
POSSIBILITIES FOR CZECH COMPANIES TO ENTER FOREIGN MARKETS
PROCHÁZKOVÁ, Hana
Aim of this bachelor work was to analyze possibilities to enter foreign markets by company FARMTEC, a.s. and to perform a situation markets analysis. Partial target was to find the best option how to penetrate foreign markets and to propose an optimal solution for this case. Subject of this work was company FARMTEC, a.s., active in production of agricultural technology and its sale on Czech and foreign markets. Business with partners in the Czech Republic has been prevailing so far but export to foreign countries shows an increasing tendency every year. It is primarily caused by two factors, Czech market is filled and there is quite a great competition on the market. Company exports its production mainly to eastern and southeastern markets in Europe. PEST analysis was applied to analyze possibilities of entry to foreign markets. PEST analysis examines macro economic environment that includes political and legal environment, economic environment, social-cultural environment and degree of technological maturity. This analysis was applied to evaluate macro economic environment of three countries {--} Greece, Rumania and Bosnia and Herzegovina. Analysis resulted in outcome that the most advantageous alternative for FARMTEC, a.s. is to enter Rumania market. Strategy to penetrate the market in cooperation with a sole agency was proposed as an optimal solution; a sole agency exclusively represents the company in a certain region and acts on behalf of the company.

Individualization in Social studies and Sience in primary school instruction
Procházková, Hana ; Krčmářová, Tereza (advisor) ; Stará, Jana (referee)
The diploma thesis has a theoretically-empirical character with a focus on the empirical part. The starting point for the solution is the requirement of the primary teacher competence to work with the differentiated group of pupils, take into account different educational needs in the planning, implementation and reflection of teaching. The aim is to determine whether and how teachers fulfill the requirement of primary school in natural science lessons. Describe and evaluate the implementation of this requirement during the realization of specific thematic unit by several teachers. Methods of the content analysis, interviews and direct observation of teaching are used to fulfill the targets of the thesis.
