Complex permittivity measurement of materials at microwave frequencies

This article describes some methods of measuring complex permitivity in milimeter – wave band, their characteristics, anvatages and disadvantages. Discused are here the reasons for their use in the construction of work place. On the basis these reasons is chosen the best method for practical measurement. That is cavity resonant method. Article contain description of designed measurement system. Whitch is verified by computer simulating of developed model in HFSS Ansoft. Text contain also result of simulations and execute computing of comlex permittivity and tangent loss. In Conclusion is desribed results of practical permittivity measure with realized measurement system.

The build preamplifier and the EEG Signal Measure Virtual Machine is the aim of this project. The abstract of actual clinical electroencefalography, the ways of measurement and processing of brain signals by clinical machines, and introducing my way of measure signal are placed in this work. The preamplifier has been designed for amplification of the brain signal, LabView virtual machine for maesurement and processing amplified signal.This project includes the measure output, the description of virtual machine, and the advice using of this product.

This work deals with the design of the EEG amplifier and recording of the EEG signal using LabView and data acquisition card. The first art of theses describes the properties of the EEG signal and its origin. In the next part, the design of the 4 stage amplifier is described and simulated and measured frequency characteristics are presented. The last part describes the virtual instruments for EEG signal acquisition using LabView and data acquisition card PCI-NI6221.

Non {--} profit organization and further identification with Fokus institution (an association witch is providing care for mentaly disordred people )were choosen as a topic of this Bachaleor work.We will find general description of origins, developement and economy of non {--} profit organizations, their division and signifcance for the society, in this paper. What are civil associations for, and how are they helping to mentaly disordred people. Than this paper focuses on the financial situation of civil association FOKUS Tábor and the metods of financig. Unfortunatelly even though using all availible recources, the financial situation is insufficent and association is in loss.

Specifics of accounting and finance community

Focus of the thesis was to analyze the method of accounting of the city and work with budget issue as an appropriate tool for income and expends studies. Municipality Chynov was chosen for analysis. Evaluation was done based on the reports, which were received from city officers. First part is focused on accounting reform, which directly affects Municipality of Chynov. Next issue based on the evaluation reports were to analyzed incomes and expenses of city. It was observed the Municipality of Chynov does not have any major problems in this issue, due the balanced budget. As next step, statistical analysis was performed. Balanced budget was major task. As result of this analysis was said with probability that the balanced budget should be real in next years. Next part of the statistical analysis was cluster analysis. As result were statements that foreign incomes (mainly grants) have significant influence on municipality finances. As results of this thesis the Municipality of Chynov is from finances structure point of view without any problems and is effectively using the budget as tool to capture the finances structure of whole city.
