Study of a Logistic Concept Focusing on the Packaging Economy

This bachelor thesis focuses on implementation of returnable packaging to supply chain of plastic material from czech suppliers in company MANN + HUMMEL (CZ) v.o.s. In the first part of the thesis theoretical aspects of packaging management in companies will be described. The next part analyses current situation in company MANN + HUMMEL (CZ) v.o.s. regarding purchased plastic components from czech suppliers packaging management (costs calculation). Following are suggestions regarding process improvement by implementing returnable packaging to purchased plastic components from czech suppliers supply chain and preliminary cost calculation in case the implementation is carried out.

Book censorship in Bohemia in the Vormärz period

The thesis deals with the censorship and book banning at the territory of the Kingdom of Bohemia during the period from the end ofthe Napoleonic Wars to March1848, and is primarily based on the archive research realized for the period of 1820s in the document collections of the National Archive in Prague (the Presidium of the Czech Gubernium collection) and those of the AIIgemeines V erwaltung s archiv Wien (the Court Police Authority collection) respectively. The thesis shows the development ofthe legislative determining the system of censorship within the Habsburg Monarchy, and presents individual censorship authorities and their representatives. The author ana1yses various aspects of censorship within the supervision of literary communication between the writer and the reader, relationship between the literary and release environments and focuses on the attitude of the Vormarz Austrian book censorship authorities to the Czech national movement. The function and the principles of the censorship are demonstrated on two specific cases, the personality of censor J. N. V. Zimmermann, and the case ofthe work Die europiiische Staatenwelt by Georg Norbert Schnabel.

The censorship in Bohemia in the context of the Habsburg Monarchy in the Vormärz period Petr Píša The PhD-thesis analyses and interprets the role of censorship as well as other institutional and structural mechanisms that have participated in the regulation of literary communication within the cultural sphere of the historical Czech lands (Bohemia, Moravia and Silesia). The act of censorship is understood as a set of administrative procedures controlling and regulating the literary communication that takes place in the printed media within the sphere of power of a particular social authority. On the other hand the term structural regulation is used for those types of blocked literary communication which cannot be considered for the consequence of the institutionalized power interference. The thesis is based on a triad of ideal-types of censorship - a paternalistic, liberal and authoritarian one. The key concept for the submitted thesis is the type of paternalistic censorship, which decision-making process is governed by a differentiated idea of the various categories of the public and an endeavour to strictly control the reading matter of the broad, less educated masses. The Second Part of the Manuscript of Dvůr Králové and its finder Antonín Pfleger Kopidlanský

This paper presents an analysis of the memoirs of Antonín Pflegr (1811–1896), who was literarily active under the name of Kopidlanský, which claimed that in 1821, when he was ten years old he found in a cell in the Dvůr Králové decanal church tower a parchment strip belonging to the Dvůr Králové manuscript, which he later presented to Václav Hanka. Pfleger’s parchment strip discovery is interpreted as proof of the early worship of the place in which the manuscripts were found, which started to play the role of a Czech national history heritage site. This paper refers to the ongoing institutionalization and collectivization involved in commemoration of the site on which the manuscript was allegedly discovered and the decline in this tradition at a local level after the main wave of disputes over the authenticity of the manuscripts had passed over.

Urban development of Hradec Králové

This Bachelor's Thesis analyzes modern urban development of Hradec Králové. Thesis is based on literature and information from available sources, which evaluate development of the city and its current trends. A large part is devoted to the winning proposals of the latest urban competition in 2010 and is based on the opinions of local experts and stakeholders. Hradec Králové is an economic and cultural centre of the whole region. The city offers a high quality living environment with plenty of places for leisure time activities. The main objective is to find cultural and historical context that resulted in a unique structure of today's Hradec Králové. Earned knowledge of urban development will be summarized and evaluated into conclusion of the Bachelor's Thesis.

Distributed Wireless Mechatronic System Operated from MATLAB-Simulink Environment

The paper deals with a realization of control of distributed mechatronic system operated from MATLAB-Simulink environment. The mechatronic system serves as a laboratory model of simple manipulation system. The communication within the system is provided by wireless ZigBee protocol through a coordination unit. This unit is connected via serial interface to the control computer, where appropriate Simulink model runs. The paper addresses briefly individual physical components of the system (units, passive and active or executive elements etc.), specific blocks of used Simulink model and demonstrates the system behavior on several examples.

Predictive control is one of control strategies, which optimize control actions within certain time range. Control actions are not designed only for current state of the system, but also they are optimized for the following time instants. Presented paper makes simple overview of Predictive control algorithms and their tests under MATLAB-Simulink environment. Furthermore, it presents Web publication of the MATLAB scripts and functions and Simulink schemes used for Predictive control.
