Marketing Strategy Proposal

The diploma thesis analyzes the marketing strategy of selected secondary school, with regard to the interest of the potential applicants for study. It specifies the basic principles of marketing, especially of school marketing. By questionnaire survey was to determine the factors that most affect future applicants for study. On the base of the research results it was made a proposal of measures for the school management to increase the interest of the that secondary school.

The process of creation of the budget of the Capital City of Prague

Proces tvorby rozpočtu hl. m. Prahy Diplomová práce - 89 - 11. Summary Budget process of the City of Prague This thesis discusses the main aspects of the budget process of the City of Prague. At the beginning of the thesis there is a general description of the budget, position of the City of Prague and its municipal districts and the competence of local authorities in the sphere of budget. The first part is also focused on the rules of creation of the budget defined by law, the application of this rules in Prague as well as the procedures defined by the municipality itself. The position of Prague as the capital city of Czech Republic is defined in the Constitution of Czech Republic and in the Act No. 131/2000. The administrative powers of municipal districts are laid down in the Charter of the City of Prague. Together with the Prague City Hall, the municipal districts provide for both self-government and statutory functions of state administration. The city's principal administrative bodies are the Prague Assembly and the Prague Council. They are elected for a four-year term. The executive body is the Prague City Hall with its specialised departments and sections. Major issue of this thesis aims at the budget outlook and the creation of the budget as a unigue kind of procedure consisting of several phases....

Economic impacts of active employment politics

One of the priorities not only of active employment politics of Czech Republic is employing people with a disability. State social system provides a complex support for these people in their difficult situation. If this system is supposed to cover their basic problem, it has to find the best ways to help disabled people to become independent. The necessary presumption is employing a particular person. Protected labor market was established within Czech Republic's social system, which should not be subjected to strong competitive forces or competitive forces within businesses, but is completely dependent on government subsidies. The process of disabled people's return to the free labor market is however a concept that requires a cooperation from the government, disabled people themselves and also the employers. The thesis deals with the development of legislation in Czech Republic related to employing disabled people. It rates the efficiency of already established measures and a way of creating a motivation for employers, who employ or are obligated to employ people with disabilities.

Provisions - aspects of accounting, tax under the Czech accounting and tax regulations

This bachelor´s thesis is focused on tax and accounting provisions under Czech accounting and tax regulations. The aim of the work is to analyze the aspects of accounting, tax and statutory provisions of legislative conditions of the Czech Republic. The first part of the thesis is focused on the theoretical definition of the term "provision", legislative adjustment, the divison of provisions and the explanation of the different types of provisions. It also deals with the main differences between the accounting and tax provisions. In the practical part is described the characteristic of the enterprise, its mission, financial and economic situtation and valutation of the provisions.
