The Use of Credit and Leasing to Acquire Assets

The diploma thesis deals with the comparison of two forms of financing assets. The theoretical part is focused on general characteristics of credit, leasing, advantages, disadvantages, and presents a selected methods of comparison and financial analysis indicators. In the practical part is processed the financial analysis of the selected company before acquire of an asset. In the next part is processed a comparison of two alternatives of financing using selected methods and processing of financial analysis after asset acquisition. Finally, the work deals with evaluation and recommendations which alternative of financing is preferable.

Relationships between children

The Thesis is focused on development of social relationships' need of a preschool-age child. The Thesis deals with theoretical information about relationships to a family and adults, siblings, children of the same age and differences among them. It deals with issues of relationships and opinions on a favourite child, inappropriate friendships, behaviour and a child without friends. It declares characteristic relationships resulting from games, when emotionality and bonds among children of the same age show spontaneously. These bonds arise in cooperative games. It deals with a group of children, positive and negative features of age-heterogeneous and age-homogeneous group and development of subgroups.In a final part it introduces preschool framework educational programme and the part "Child and the other" concentrates on mutual relationships among children. An action research in the practical part of the Thesis finds out what relationships among children prevail, what they like and dislike in a nursery school, how they accept, whether positive or negative relationships prevail, whether the negative ones are adopted by a children's group in the long term. Perception of perspective of rural life in adolescents

Theme: Perception of perspective of rural life in adolescents. Annotation: This bachelor thesis is focused on perception of perspective of rural life in adolescents. Aims and objectives were to find out how young people of the said age group associate their future life with countryside and if they are satisfied living there now. The project is divided into theoretical and practical aspects. The theoretical aspect describes the history, problems of unemployment, differences between living in country and a town and potential perspective of countryside. The practical aspect involves research. The qualitative methodology used was interviews. The result of whole research methodology was that the majority of young people prefer living in the countryside despite negative factors which are shortage of working opportunities and lack of social activities. This preference was due to presence of strong family roots and life being closer to nature. It mainly depends upon personality, will and ambition of an individual. /

Money demand changes after the financial crisis in the V4 countries

This thesis examines money demand changes after the financial crisis in the Czech Republic, Hungary, Poland and Slovak Republic. For this purpose I used monthly data of industrial production index and monetary aggregate M1. These data were adjusted for inflation and transformed by Hodrick Prescott filter in order to perform moving correlation. Obtained results were further used to determine motives for holding money according to Keynesian liquidity preference theory or they were explained by Post Keynesian theory. Next I decided whether there is a possibility to identify particular phases of business cycle in the context of money demand. For the purpose of effective running of industries I determined styles of management suitable for recovery and recession phase of business cycle.
