Drones and Their Applications
Mrkva, Tomáš ; Lacko, Branislav (referee) ; Šeda, Miloš (advisor)
This bachelor’s thesis deals with nowadays trends of drones. In each chapter, basic components are described for drone building, ways of operating, dynamics of motion, ways of usage and in the end market research.
A simulation study of a production line with industrial robots
Mrkva, Tomáš ; Kubela, Tomáš (referee) ; Pochylý, Aleš (advisor)
This diploma thesis deals with the design of a robotic workplace for deburring of a given part. The robot's task is to remove the machined part from the production machine, create a blank workpiece ready for machining, and finally deburr the the machined part. There are several proposals for the layout of the robotic cell, as well as the design of the end effector, the input tray for semi-finished products and a stand with tools for deburring. Subsequently, a simulation model of the designed robotic cell is created in the Siemens Process Simulate software. Using RSC modules, the exact resulting cell clock is determined. The whole process of creating a simulation model is detaily described. At the end of this thesis is an economic evaluation of the proposed solution.
Safety sensors in industrial application
Mrkva, Tomáš ; Tůma, Zdeněk (referee) ; Blecha, Radim (advisor)
The aim of this bachelor thesis was to create an overview of offered safety sensors used in automated operation. The sensors are sorted according to the technology they use for their function, is shown the principle of their function, the design variants and ultimately their advantages and uses. The work is divided into three parts. The first part deals generally with machine safety, risk assessment and security level. In the second main part, an overview of individual sensors is processed. The last part slightly touches on the issues of basic control systems.
Stress-strain analysis of the brazed sidecar frame
Mrkva, Tomáš ; Řehák, Kamil (referee) ; Dlugoš, Jozef (advisor)
The thesis is about safety calculation of brazed sidecar frame using FEM simulations, more precisely stress-strain analysis. The first chapter is focused on the description of the brazing, the second chapter contains a brief description of the sidecar and its history. The third chapter of thesis is about the application of effective notch stress method to brazed joints and the creation of sidecar model for FEM analysis. The fourth chapter contains the procedure of creating model of geometry and FEM mesh of submodel. The last chapter of the thesis is a description and evaluation of the results of the different stress conditions, which are simulating real conditions that racing sidecar is being used in. These conditions are front wheel braking, side wheel braking, going through right turn, going through left turn and crossing unevenness.
