This bachelor thesis focuses on the financial analysis of the firm MASOEKO Ltd. The goal of this thesis is to do a financial assessment of said company, using selected indicators of financial analysis and based on the company's accounting statements for 2008 - 2012. This work is divided into a theoretical and a practical section as well as a section with my own proposals. The theoretical part describes the different methods of financial analysis used in this thesis and the practical part applies these methods to MASOEKO Ltd. The final part outlines suggestions for improving the financial situation of the chosen firm.

International bus transport

The aim of this master's thesis is to provide comprehensive information about operating business in the international road passenger transport with a focus on conditions which the carrier has to meet to start his business and regulations that must be followed. Master's thesis also focuses on fees which the bus operating company has to pay to the treasury of Germany, Slovakia, Poland and Austria (or private entities), i.e. tolls and VAT (sales tax). At the end the thesis compares total amount of charges applicable in these countries.

Economic relationship between the Czech Republic and Germany

The aim of this bachelor thesis is to analyze the trade between the Czech Republic and Germany from 2000 to the present and to evaluate the impact of international trade of these two countries on the Czech economy. The bachelor thesis begins with the description of economic fundamentals of both countries and then follows on with the evolution of international trade of Czech Republic. The next chapter deals with the trade cooperation between the Czech Republic and Germany and the concluding chapter concentrates on pro-export policies in the Czech Republic.
