Cílem této diplomové práce je poskytnout čtenáři ucelené informace o podnikání v silniční osobní dopravě se zaměřením na podmínky, které musí dopravce splnit, aby mohl začít podnikat, a nařízení, které je povinen dodržovat. Diplomová práce se dále zabývá poplatky, které autobusový dopravce odvádí do státní pokladny (popř. soukromým subjektům) Německa, Slovenska, Polska a Rakouska. Těmito poplatky se rozumí mýtné a daň z obratu. Součástí práce je i srovnání výše poplatků v sousedních zemích. The aim of this master's thesis is to provide comprehensive information about operating business in the international road passenger transport with a focus on conditions which the carrier has to meet to start his business and regulations that must be followed. Master's thesis also focuses on fees which the bus operating company has to pay to the treasury of Germany, Slovakia, Poland and Austria (or private entities), i.e. tolls and VAT (sales tax). At the end the thesis compares total amount of charges applicable in these countries.
