Healthy lifestyle education as a part of pre-school children's life.

The bachelor thesis deals with education of a healthy lifestyle in preschool children. In the theoretical part, the concept of health is defined and the factors that could threaten it are summarized. Furthermore, general knowledge about a healthy lifestyle and its principles specific to the preschool period are briefly mentioned in the thesis as well. Attention is also given to the influence of the family environment, the kindergarten environment, their interaction with the child and to projects that can become a tool for health promotion in kindergartens. The aim of the practical part was to find out what parents' and teachers' attitudes towards healthy lifestyles are and whether they lead children to them. This was done through a questionnaire survey and semi-structured interviews. The results showed that both parents and kindergarten teachers lead children to a healthy lifestyle and in most cases try to live an active and healthy lifestyle themselves. Tato diplomová práce pojednává o problematice propouštění a službě outplacementu, která je poskytována uvolňovaným pracovníkům. Kořeny outplacementu nalezneme ve Spojených státech amerických. Z programů pro veterány, usnadňujících jim návrat do civilního života, se postupně vyvinuly komerční služby, poskytované zpočátku vrcholovým manažerům, kteří přišli o zaměstnání, a později i dalším propuštěným pracovníkům z různých úrovní řízení. K největšímu rozšíření služeb pro propuštěné v Evropě došlo v 60. - 70. letech 20. století v souvislosti s ekonomickým vývojem.

Metamorphoses of \kur{Borrelia burgdorferi} sensu lato spirochetes: from dormant to motile forms

The aim of the study was to obtain and elaborate information focused on metamorphoses of Borrelia burgdorferi sensu lato (s.l.) spirochetes. The research included detection of various stress conditions for production of dormant forms of Borrelia burgdorferi s.l. spirochetes in vitro. Subsequently, metamorphoses from dormant to motile stages was observed under favourable conditions. Proper PCR method for primers aimed to detect dormant forms of Borrelia was delevoped. The infectious potential of dormant spirochetes of Borrelia burgdorferi sensu stricto (s.s.) complex was observed in vivo. Transformations of spirochetes have also been observed in real time and individual stages have been recorded.
