NAME: Issues of cooperation of the guarantor (municipalities with extended responsibilities and the Director of the school. Irena Lhotková ABSTRACT: Thesis/Dissertation deals with the areas in which cooperation is taking place of the founder, shtetls, and principal of the school. Its aim is to assess the current state of mutual cooperation, to analyze the main problems of Heads of schools in ensuring the quality of education, in which the binding is on the founder needed or required and outline the model of cooperation that will lead to the improvement of the quality of education and training in schools, run by the municipalities. Builds on existing school legislation, based on the findings of sociological research focused on the analysis of the structure of attitudes and expectations for public education, education and training (Stemmark), of the available publications and articles on the subject. Source of information is the public opinion survey, in which respondents answered questions related to the main theme of the work.
