Multi-platform mobile application of database system Matylda
Kunc, Ondřej ; Kofroň, Jan (advisor) ; Vinárek, Jiří (referee)
System Matylda was created in order to provide a database and web interface which allows sorting, filtering and comparing of products from food and drugstore industry. The goal of this thesis is to create a user friendly mobile application for this system. The application will be available for all today's major mobile platforms. The final application uses main features of the existing web application and also takes advantage of capabilities of modern mobile devices such as maps and user location. Some of the main features are searching for detailed product information, browsing discount leaflets, comparing discounts, creating shopping lists, authentication and more. The application can be used as a smart assistant which helps with shopping for food and drugstore products and can also save both time and money. Powered by TCPDF (www.tcpdf.org)
Analytical Survey of Czech Manuals for Penitents Issued after 1990
Kunc, Ondřej ; Opatrný, Aleš (advisor) ; Zimmermannová, Marie (referee)
Title Analytical Survey of Czech Manuals for Penitents Issued after 1990 Abstract The thesis is based on a description and analysis of the manuals for penitents that were issued in the Czech Republic after 1990. These manuals (confessional mirrors) are designed as aids in the preparation for the Sacrament of Penance. Since 1990 the religious literature may be freely published in our country and the focus of the thesis is put on the manuals published since then. To assess the materials competently, the thesis at first deals with the theology of the Sacrament of Penance as such. The central part of the thesis presents different aids for penitents, comes with their basic description and with the evaluation of their handiness (for which group of penitents or for which occasion is the manual fit). This analysis will be followed by the description and evaluation of the manuals for confessors that provide a practical aid for the improvement of the priestly service. The different ways of practical fitness of these tools will be assessed. The main aim of the thesis consists in providing an insight into different manuals for penitents and to facilitate the orientation among them to help with the choice of a fitting tool in concrete cases. Another goal of the thesis is to facilitate the orientation among the manuals...
Collective Robotic Search Using Particle Swarm Optimization
Kunc, Ondřej ; Pilát, Martin (advisor) ; Mráz, František (referee)
With the advancement and miniaturization of electronic devices we experience today a lot of attention is shifting to small robots capable of solving a specific problem collectively. Such problem can be a seeking of a specific target emitting a specific radiation which is detected by the robots depending on its intensity. A technique called particle swarm optimization was proven to be a very useful approach for this task. This technique uses so-called particles moving in a multidimensional space searching for an optimum. This paper deals with the application of this approach to the swarm of robots. A simulator capable of visua- lizing and collecting data was developed and described in this work and practical conclusions were drawn. Modifications and improvements of the algorithm were made to improve the search process in various environmental and robot settings. 1
