Evaluation of financial strategy of a specific company from textile industry

The bachelor thesis is focused on complex evaluation of financial situation in the selected company. The evaluation of the financial strategy is based on analysis of historical data ranging from 2011 to 2015. The thesis also consists of analysis of internal environment and prediction of future development of external factors. The whole work is divided into theoretical and practical part. In the theoretical part, methodological apparatus is described and later applied accordingly in the practical part. In order to meet the established goals of the thesis, both strategic and financial analysis are used.

This thesis deals with the issue of investment decision. The goal of thesis is to evaluate for the company owners optimal investment variant of predetermined investment opportunities. Thesis is divided into theoretical-methodological part, which summarizes all the methods and procedures and practical part. The practical part consists mainly of net present value calculations, which chosen input data will be afterwards analyzed by sensitivity test. Application of these apparatuses will reveal the best investment opportunity, respectively their combination
Analysis of Customer Relationship Management of a Specific Company Focusing on Contact Centers

The goal of this piece of work is to understand customer relationship management and to perform an analysis of it in a particular company. The first section summarizes the theoretical basis of customer relationship management which includes definitions, history and the basic elements of CRM. The second practical part outlines information about the particular company and an overview of the methods used. After that, based on the data compiled, a gap analysis of the differences between the current states and the goals of the company is described. The third and final part concludes suggestions for improvement in order to optimize the customer relationship management by using theoretical data as well as findings the analysis.
Marketing strategy of professional sports club

This Master's Thesis is focused on sports marketing of professional ice hockey club, which plays the highest league in the Czech Republic. It is ice hockey club called Pirates Chomutov. The aim is to show the status of marketing in a professional hockey club and describe it, analyze the process of changing club's identity and the relocation of this club into a new arena, analyze the marketing environment and create own proposals and recommendations that could be used in future. The theoretical part is based on knowledge of the issues and describes the specifics of the sports marketing and management, marketing environment, marketing mix of this club and the current trends in marketing. The practical part is focused on the process of changing club's identity, organizational and budget structure, analysis of marketing environment and marketing mix with an emphasis on communication. Own proposals, ideas and recommendations are presented at the end of this part. Contribution of this work is revelation of the issues and trends that relate to sports area, studying the topic in one of the fastest growing ice hockey clubs in the Czech Republic. All is completed by own proposals and recommendations.
Marketing strategy of RunCzech

This Diploma Thesis describes marketing strategy of RunCzech Running League and is focused on the analysis of customer's satisfaction and on comparison of organizer's and customer's opinions. The goal of this Diploma Thesis is to analyze present marketing activities of the Running League. This paper is divided into six parts: Theory of marketing, sports marketing, marathon as sport, marketing strategy of RunCzech, research and evaluation of the research. First part aims at basic characteristics of marketing that are necessary for the paper. Second explains connection between sport and economics. Third part describes development of marathon until the present. The previous knowledges are applied on the Running League in the fourth chapter. Fifth and sixth parts aim at the explanation of the research, implementation and on the evaluation. Conclusion of the thesis includes summary of the research and recommendations for improvements of RunCzech's marketing activities.

The main goal of this master's thesis is to summarize specifics of financial reporting of football clubs listed on the EU stock exchanges. The industry specifics, business operations and critical parts of the club's reporting, as well as the most important items of the financial statements, will be stated in the theoretical part of the work. Practical part of the work will be oriented on analysing of annual report of Juventus F.C. The elementary resources of the work were publications aimed on IFRS, publications about sports business and also the annual report of Juventus F.C.
Evaluation of financial efficiency of the company IMC Slovakia, Ltd.

The aim of this bachelor´s thesis is to evaluate financial efficiency of the company IMC Slovakia, Ltd from 2010 until 2014, to make suggestions for eliminating founded deficiencies in analysis, to describe expectations in the year 2015 and to compare results of the company with the chosen competitors. This bachelor´s thesis consists of theoretical and practical part. In theoretical part are defined individual methods of analysis and described the process of calculation in practical part. Among the used methods belong horizontal and vertical analysis, balance rules, analysis of the relative and differential value ratios, Du Pont analysis, economic value added, creditworthy and bankruptcy models and methods of comparison with competitors. Practical part included description of the company IMC Slovakia Ltd., characterization of competitors and application of methods previously mentioned in practical part.
Evaluation of the economic development and a proposal of a strategy for financial management of a chosen company

The aim of this undergraduate dissertation is to evaluate the economic development of a chosen company based on the financial analysis between years 2010 and 2014. Furthermore, it identifies the its strengths and weaknesses, predicts a future development of the company and suggests the strategy for the financial management. The undergraduate dissertation consists of two parts. First theoretical part describes and explains individual methods of the financial and strategic analysis that were used for calculations. Second practical part applies the theoretical methods and theory to my chosen company. Practical part includes also tables and pictures. The results of the financial and strategic analysis are summarised in the conclusion, which helped to identify company's strengths and weaknesses, which suggest that the company retains a stable position on the market despite a strong competition. The company should even further consolidate its market position thanks to an incoming utilization of opportunities that are proposing and create a space for its growth. This analysis is aimed for the company owners, who can be satisfied with the financial situation of the company, because it shows adequate profitability, creates value and avoids bankruptcy. The results of the financial analysis point out also some issues that the company needs to focus on in the future. It is a liquidity problem, risk management of a net working capital and exceeded amount of inventories. Despite some of the identified issues, the company takes a second place in the intercompany comparison with its closest competitors.
The introduction of padel in the Czech Republic

This thesis aims to describe the proposed implementation process of the introduction of padel in the Czech Republic and to draw up a business plan to build the first padel centre in the Czech Republic called Padel centre Prague. The main analytical method is a detailed financial plan on which economic indicators of implementation of this investment project are quantified. Leading procedures for detecting data are questionnaire surveys, telephone query and also an estimate, which is used mainly in the analysis of the financial plan. The estimated average payback period for this investment is 3.2 years, while the real recovery of funds spent on the construction of padel centre should occur during the fifth year of its operation.

The main goal of this master's thesis is to analyze methodology of sports event management followed by comprehensive description and its application on conducted sporting event (NOAH Golf Tournament) for corporate purpose based on analysis of the various economic, marketing and managerial aspects. Part of the paper is demonstration of growing importance of golf in China including market research.
