- Position, organization and activities of the Czech Bar Chamber The object of the diploma thesis "Position, organization and activities of the Czech Bar Chamber" is to provide complex description of the legal nature of the Czech Bar Chamber and aspects of its position in the system of public administration, to thoroughly introduce the organization of the Czech Bar Chamber including position and authority of each of its bodies and last but no least to also zoom in on the scope of its major activities. The diploma thesis consists of introduction, four chapters and conclusion. The first chapter of the diploma thesis deals with the legal nature and position of the Czech Bar Chamber as an organization of professional self-government in the system of public administration encompassing in the first part of the chapter general explanation of the public administration and its division and explanation of the self-government with focus on professional self-government. The second part of the chapter zooms in on all aspects of that position, specifically legal enactment and statutory regulations, vested administration, the scope of activities and liability, the nature of legal regulations, members, independence and financing of the Czech Bar Chamber. The diploma thesis, called Collective Investment and Collective Investment Funds in the Czech Republic, offers to its readers a complex introduction to collective investments issues. It focuses on legal environment in Czech Republic, typology of subjects entering the collective investments, its characteristics and its comparison, based on relevant mathematical means. In practical part, the reader is offered an analysis of tens of funds. Funds are compared between themselves and in terms of their return, risk rate and expensiveness. Thus, the thesis submits a coherent insight into the issues of collective investment in Czech Republic, both from theoretical and practical point of view.

The Tesis Performance measuring systems in services providing company defines and systematicly summarises the process of finding out the company's performance. It defines terminology, presents basic principles and marks ways of accomplishing of this interesting discipline. The theoretic procedures are applied on existing company ČEZ Správa majetku s. r. o. in the practical part of the Thesis. Measuring of its performance is accomplished with financial indicators of Return, Liquidity, Indebtedness and Financial Leverage. Further it is accomplished with the complex indicator of Economic Value Added. There is an illustration of performance measuring with specialised web aplication of Ministry of industry and trade in the conclusion.
