An Analysis of the National Tabacco Quitline Czech Republic Clients Experience Using Nicotine Replacement Therapy

Background: The use of nicotine-containing tobacco is among the substances with the highest dependence potential. The negative impact and consequences of cigarette use are discussed not only among experts. In contrast, nicotine replacement therapy and user experience are unspecified. Aims: The primary goal of the research was to map the experience of clients of the National Tobacco Quitline Czech Republic with the use of nicotine replacement therapy in the treatment of tobacco addiction. The categories examined include: dosage of replacement nicotine, preferred forms of replacement nicotine, reported adverse effects, and route of administration of replacement nicotine. The study was carried out in order to refine the dosage of nicotine replacement therapy, increase the compliance of nicotine replacement users and increase the quality of services provided by the National Tobacco Quitline Czech Republic. Methods: The study was carried out with the help of a qualitative research methodology. Respondents were selected using the method of intentional selection according to defined properties. The effective factors in addiction treatments within therapeutic communities from the perspective of clients

The goal of the thesis is to find out, which effective factors help clients in process of curing their addiction with the help of halfstructured conversations. What exactly helps them and what is useful and effective from their point of view. Bachelors thesis is based on qualitative approach. I obtained data from both communities by halfstructured conversations. The researched set was made up of clients from therapeutic community White Light I. and Magdaléna. All the clients were at least in the second phase of treatment. From the results comes clear that therapeutic structure, raise of self respect by self doing and improvement of relations with original family are the most effective factors by clients from both therapeutic communities. It's clear from the reflections of clients that influence of effective factors is significant for them not only in treatment but even in life beyond the safe space. The results show that clients from both therapeutic communities rate the treatment in therapeutic community as effective. The development of viticulture in the Czech Republic

The diploma thesis applies to the development of viticulture in the Czech Republic. There is an analysis of the current situation on the wine market which connecting to some positive development in the future. The theoretical part is discussed about wine-growing and viticulture in the Czech Republic. At first in historical connecting and after in current context. Especially part is legislation of the wine sector. Wine areas and regions, sorting types of wine and VOC in the theoretical section. New conception is in the practical part of the work. Conception is focused proposing measures for the development of viticulture. Further, there is an evaluation of nation and European support for the wine sector, which were paid in the years 1996-2015 in the Czech Republic. The amendment of wine law is summarized. Through questionnaires and interviews are collected the views of the professional and unprofessional public in Czech and Moravian viticulture. The Survey is resulted by statistic analyzed program. The proposed final concept is focused on the production of viticulture. Viticulture is proposed as a craft business with professional´s skills. For winegrowers are proposed social cooperatives to achieve higher profitability.

Communication between the main Providers of Social Services and Organizations Providing Related Services in the selected Micro-Region

This work deals with communication between main providers of social services in Jindřichův Hradec and local parts of the town and organizations providing related services. I have found main providers of social services in Jindřichův Hradec, which are placed on the Register of Social Services. Through the use of the Catalog of Social and Related Services Providers in Jindřichův Hradec I have also found organizations providing related services. On the basis of the undertaken interviews with selected providers and related services, which focus on people with mental, health and combined disabilities I have found out how these providers are interconnected, how they communicate or, on the contrary, why they don't communicate with each other. On the basis of this information I have worked out a file of recommendations for coordinated formation of the net of these providers.
