Pudendal nerve neuralgia

1 Abstract This research bachelor thesis with case report deals with neuralgia of the pudendal nerve. In the theoretical part, the anatomical and kinesiological insight into the pelvic floor will be described, the course of the nervus pudendus, its innervation districts and the possibilities of variation in the course. Furthermore, in the theoretical part, the knowledge about pudendal neuralgia, such as symptomatology, etiology, diagnosis and intervention options with regard to physiotherapy and electrotherapy will be elaborated. In the practical part the knowledge from the theoretical part will be used and applied to a patient with chronic pelvic pain. To objectify the results, a visual analogue scale and questionnaires that the patient fills in during the initial and exit examination will be used and the results will be compared. Mediation as a type of alternative dispute resolution

The purpose of this thesis is to present mediation as an Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR). The selection of this topic is influenced by the currency of this issue. This currency can be seen in the adoption of mediation act, which is first of its kind. The thesis is composed of five chapters. The first chapter deals with the general concept of ADR and presents different types of ADR. The second chapter then presents mediation as one of the types of ADR, and focuses on the concept of mediation, its history, the role of mediator and the mediation process in its four sub-sections. The crux of this thesis is then in the following chapters which addresses how mediation is utilised in the European, Czech and Australian legal environments. The third chapter of this work shows the development of mediation in the EU, which led to the adoption of the Directive on certain aspects of mediation in civil and commercial matters (2008/52/EC). This Directive is an essential guide for the development of mediation in the EU Member States, including the Czech Republic. On 13th June 2012 Act No. 202/2012 Sb. on mediation and amending certain laws, which establishes the new concept of mediation in the Czech Republic, was introduced. The plan of motivation in the company

Proces s of the motivation is more difficult than most managers think. It is not possible to use the same attitude in motivation of different employees. People seem to have different needs, values, preferences and they set their own targets. Theories of motivation want to analyze and describe these differences. The company should understand its people, to be able to choose proper stimulative instruments, which will influence working behavior of empIoyees, their satisfaction and performance. The motivation pIan in the company presents system of rules and measures of which main goal is to achieve a good motivation of employees, to improve their satisfaction and optimal performance. This work wants to show how the particular company can setup good motivation pIan for its effective functioning and how to design organizations that maximize productivity.

Alternative working hours in the labour market

Topic of the alternative/flexible working hours is still actual in the labour market. The situation is now modified according to the world economic crisis. This diploma thesis surveys each type of alternative/flexible work loads such as part-time job, flexible working hours, compressed working week, working from home, sharing the load etc. The diploma work also describes advantages and disadvantages of these loads. It is also focused on disadvantaged people in the job market and their respective work load. This group includes basically mothers after maternity leave returning back to work and fathers in the same situation, students, handicaped persons, people older then 50 (and also in pre-retirement age). The Alternativa project is introduced in the last chapter, it describes goals of the project and also a search questionnaire focused on the utilization alternative/flexible working hours in companies.
