Evaluation of the Economy of the Selected Organization of Public Sector

This bachelor thesis is focused on the evaluation of the management of two state non-profit organizations, large school - 2nd Primary School in the Moravska Třebová and small classes school in the village of Linhartice. The first part of the thesis deals with theoretical problems of management of non-profit organizations, that are needed to build the second practical part, which focuses on specific financial analysis of the revenue and expenditure of state non-profit organizations. Based on the data in the third part presents a comparison between revenues and expenditures of both schools for a period of three years and subsequent recommendation to increase their yields and better management.

Studium změn antimikrobiální aktivity houby Ganoderma adspersum pomocí kultivační strategie OSMAC

Ganoderma adspersum is a white rot fungus that degrades lignocellulose in nature. However, it has also been proven to have many biological activities, including antioxidant, antitumor and anti-inflammatory. This study is focused on monitoring the antimicrobial activity of G. adspersum against the bacteria Escherichia coli, Staphylococcus aureus, MRSA and Klebsiella pneumoniae. First, the fungus was cultivated in three media with different additives. Using the minimum inhibitory concentration test, the effect of individual cultivation on viability was monitored. The lowest values were measured in YMB medium with tryptophan, which reduced the viability of E. coli up to 23 %. Based on this result, E. coli was chosen for growth curve, where media with additives were compared with pure media. It was found that pure media showed greater inhibitory activity than media with additives. The highest activity was observed in pure PDB medium, in which nearly 40% inhibition occurred at a concentration of 0,25 mg/ml. The results showed that Ganoderma adspersum could be a potential antimicrobial agent.

Business Plan

The goal of my thesis is to develop a business plan, which aims to the establishment of an internet store with narrow specialization. Thesis is divided into two parts - theoretical and practical. Theoretical part defines basic notions and structures of the individual parts of business plan. Practical part is formed by a business plan of an internet store, which is focused on selling irish dancing shoes. Business plan mentioned above should discover opportunities for the establishment of an internet store and, if it is possible, under which circumstances.
