Application of Age Management in Selected Company

The theoretical part of the thesis dealing with the theme of Age Management contains a relatively new concept concerning the field of Human Resources Management which focuses on taking the age of eymployees into account. The theoretical part is also approaches current demographic trends in the Czech Republic and points out the problems that may arise in connection with future demographic development. The practical part deals with the analysis of the external and internal environment of a company which serves as the basis for initial proposals of the application of Age Management in a particular company.

Strategy of Small Company Development

The master's thesis is focused on development strategy of a small company. First we describe theoretical knowledge, then we form suggestions, based on an analysis of current company state. The thesis also consists of proposals, which lead to better competitive advantage of the company and more efficient execution of product sales.

The Evaluation of the Municipality Management

The Bachelor thesis deals with an evaluation of a village budget management between years 2006 and 2009. The thesis is divided into three parts. The first part of the thesis describes the theoretical solutions. The second part focuses on the analysis of earnings and expenses of a village Vlčková. The recommendations to improve the budget assets management are described in the final part of the work.

Negative language transfer students for English-speaking Czech as a foreign language. Applied contrastive linguistic study on the material selected Czech and English verbs with the meaning of interpersonal communication

Práce je zaměřena na problematiku negativního jazykového transferu anglicky mluvicích studentů češtiny jako ciziho jazyka. Na materiálu deseti českých sloves s významem interpersonálni komunikace, totiž říci (si), říkat (si), říkávat (si), mluvit, hovořit, povědět, povídat (si), oznámit, informovat a konstatovat, ukazuje, jaký obraz jazykového jednáni je typický pro rodilé mluvči češtiny. V porovnáni s převzatou analýzou anglických lexémů speak, talk, say a tell stanovuje shody a rozdily obrazu jazykového jednáni v češtině a v angličtině a predikuje oblasti negativního jazykového transferu u anglicky mluvicich studentů češtiny jako ciziho jazyka. Komparace rwandské a kambodžské genocidy na základě úspěšnosti potrestání jejich viníků

Comparison of Rwandan and Cambodian genocide based on the success of punishing their perpetrators. Brno: 2016. Bachelor thesis. Mendel University in Brno. Faculty of Regional Development and International Studies. Department of Territorial Studies. This bachelor thesis titled Comparison of Rwandan and Cambodian genocide based on the success of punishing their perpetrators focuses on the historical description of the incidents in Cambodia and Rwanda before and during the genocide, which burst out in the second half of the 20th century. Mainstay of the thesis focuses on establishment of courts that were created especially for the punishment of those guilty people of Cambodian and Rwandan genocide. In the case of Cambodia it is the Extraordinary Chambers in the Courts of Cambodia and in the case of Rwanda it is the International Criminal Tribunal for Rwanda. The thesis also focuses on capture and punishing the individuals responsible for above mentioned incidents.

Tourism in rural space - Case study of the Vyšebrodsko-region

This bachelor's thesis is about the rural tourism. In the theoretical part I try to explain the key terms as the countryside, tourism, rural tourism, agrotourism, ecological agrotourism, adventure tourism, SWOT analysis and sustainable development is. In this bachelor's thesis I define the species and forms of tourism, the forms of rural tourism, the benefits of it, negatives and possibilities of use. In the practical part of this thesis you can read about the Vyšší Brod County, respectively the empirical investigation of ecological farm Křížovo Pole and its connection with rural tourism and also about the analysis of camping in Vyšší Brod County. The results of a questionnaire present the opinions of this Ecological Farm and Camping place visitors.
