The Future of The Excluded Locality Janov

I have called the bachelor work "The Future of the Excluded Locality Janov". The aim of my work is to describe problems concerning the excluded locality Janov. Crime prevention is especially important with focus on children and teenagers. In my work I used the method of observation and interviews. I watched behavior of children during educational activities in low-threshold (social) facilities. Both methods enabled me to see insight into the excluded locality and I had the possibility of comparison with that what is written in scholarly books. My work consists of ten chapters, including introduction. The theoretical part is devoted to explaining the concepts of social exclusion. I describe Romany history and contemporary life of Romany families in Czech culture. I explain the concept of prevention and describe activities of the social center Jaklík. The practical part is a reflection of activity in the field of crime prevention in Janov. The evaluation is based on interviews. In the tenth chapter, entitled The Future of Excluded Locality Janov I focused on the possibilities that are available based on a summary of the information gathered. The aim of the thesis is evaluation of a current situation on the market of renewable energy resources in Czech republic and effectiveness of a planned investments using different economic methods. Based upon attained results was made a recommendation regarding investments planned by the company. Final thesis is devided into two main parts, first part is theoretical, describes renewable energy resources market functioning and methodics used for projects evaluation. Second part is practical, deals with particular investment purpose and economic benefit quantification.

The Romanesque Church of St. James in village Jakub

The romanesque Church of St. James in village Jakub The Church of St. James is situated in a small village Jakub (formerly Svatý Jakub) seven kilometres east of Kutná Hora. The Church has a single-aisle longitudinal construction with the apsis on the east and with the tower including the rostrum on the west. In the elevated part of the St. James Church was to be found a rather small liturgical space where was in 1845 during a major restoration discovered an "altar-autentika", document written by Prague Bishop Daniel (1148-1167) and describing the course of ceremony in 16. listopadu 1165. Nowadays this paper is an important contribution to the dating of the church building whose builder was a noblewoman Marie together with her sons Slavibor and Pavel. For its architectonical and artistic qualities the church of St. James ranks among most outstanding Romanesque construction monuments whose uniqueness lies especially in the sculptural decoration of the southern facade. It concerns eight relief figures enclosed by plain arcades on semi columns and the portal with tympanum. Periodic-style relationship of the architectonical articulation in connection with the sculptural decoration is searched in France (Poitou and Saintonge) whereas relief figures are linking together with northern Italy (mainly Emilia, Cremona,...

Práce se zaměřuje na zhodnocení dosavadního vývoje společnosti Technika denního světla s.r.o. pomocí různých analytických metod. V první části práce je uvedeno teoretické shrnutí strategické analýzy, na které navazuje seznamení se společností Technika denního světla s.r.o. Praktická část v sobě zahrnuje jak analýzu interní, tak externí z makro i mikro pohledu. Největší důraz je kladen na analýzu hodnoty zákazníka, jež je stěžejní součástí externí analýzy. V interní analýze je pak největší část věnována lidským zdrojům.

Attachment in early adolescence and its relations to behaviour disorders

My thesis aims to prove the hypothesis that there is an influence of an attachment organization on the development of an emotionally stable personality. According to the model of development psychopathology a secure attachment organization constitutes a protective factor and is associated with a desirable development of an individual. It has positive connections with competence in peer relationships, effective self-regulation and better social adaption in early adolescence. An insecure attachement represents a specific vulnerability for further development of a child and it shows links with lower social competence, less effective emotional regulation and social adaption or with psychic disorders. The practical part of this thesis focuses on findings of correlations between an attachement organization to parents in early childhood and the extent of social adaption (determined by the extent of the occurence of behaviour disorders). From among demographic factors, the effect of age on connections between indicators of emotional attachment, parents{\crq} representation, behaviour strategy and mental defects is investigated. The part of a research sample is made up of children with diagnosed behaviour disorders. The theoretical part covers the problems of attachment and family relations, behaviour disorders and development features of children of a given age category.
