	Demonstrating set of electric circuits Kohout, Václav ; Koudelková, Věra (advisor) ; Dvořáková, Irena (referee) The aim of the bachelor's thesis is to develop a demonstration kit for teaching electrical circuits at lower secondary school. The thesis briefly discusses the necessary parameters of the demonstration set depending on the content of the curriculum taught in lower secondary school. The criteria used in the selection of a physical aid are also mentioned. These are applied in the search of existing demonstration kits applicable in school physics. The thesis further describes in detail the development of individual components and summarizes the definitive version of the kit developed by us. The work considers the experience of testing the developed set in the teaching of physics at lower secondary school - with an emphasis on the elimination of identified shortcomings. The thesis is divided into theoretical and practical parts. The theoretical part of the thesis is based on the study of literature and other available sources and summarizes the basic concepts and knowledge in this area. It defines the concept of personnel management and focuses on the development stages of the managerial approach to personnel, introduces and describes flexible forms of employment, characterizes and defines the concept of home office and gets acquainted with the current legislation on work outside the workplace in the Czech Republic. The practical part of the thesis is focused on the already mentioned analysis and identification of advantages and disadvantages of home office in a development and consulting company and on designing a suitable procedure for motivating employees in the use of home office.
