Characteristics of the active lifestyles of school children

Title: Characteristics of the active lifestyles of school children Objective: To provide information on the active lifestyle of today's youth, to show proper and improper factors to identify and assess the active lifestyle of selected pupils. Methods: Anonymous questionnaire was chosen as a most suitable method. Questionnaries were distributed into two primary schools located in South Bohemia region and were filled in by second-degree pupils. Town of Tábor and České Budějovice participate in this survey. Results and interpretations are presented in tables and plotted. Results: Surveyed second degree pupils proved themself largely positive attitude to physical education and sport. More than half of respondents are regularly doing sport. Key words: youth, lifestyle, physical activity, nutrition, risk factors

The graduation theses discourses the value survey ofthe youth in the Czech Republic. The aim of the survey was to find out and to compare the value preferences of sportsmanlike and unsportsmanlike youth. The survey unit is divided into 3 groups of respondents {umsportmanlike youth, athlets and karatists ). The SVS (Schwartz Value Survey) questionnaire" created by S.H. Schwartz and modified by P. The appraisal of the data on the coaches' attitudes about contemporary sport and its comparison from the viewpoint of individua! and collective sports. Methods used: Gathering of the data through a questionnaire completion, interview and the analysis of the answers obtained by the research using a unified questionaire. Consequences of the direct presidential elections for the Czech political regime

Primary aim of this thesis is to describe the effects of direct elections on the nature of the political regime in the Czech Republic. Specifically, author focus on the distinctive attributes of various forms of government, which are then applied to the current state regime in the Czech Republic after the introduction of direct presidential elections and whether it effectively means a transition from parliamentary to semi-presidential regime. Historical analysis of the presidential office in the Czech countries describes the phenomenon of its extraordinary role and respectability, which is reflected in the contemporary political realities and have a major influence on the functioning of the state. Theoretical analysis deals with impacts introduction of the direct presidential election had on the constitutional order of the Czech Republic and disproves various arguments, which once lead to its legislative implementation. Using a descriptive analysis of the behaviour of the first directly elected president Miloš Zeman, author tries to unveil actual jurisdictional disputes between him and other elements of power. The result is a detailed description of the existing cooperation between individual people and institutions of power within the regime and its final character assessment accompanied by...

The Importance of Physical Activities in the Life Style of Teachers

The aim of this paper was to ascertain the opinions, interests and attitudes of primary school teachers toward physical activities and at the same time to ascertain the proportion of physical activities in their lifestyle. The survey was carried out in selected towns of Stredocesky kraj. Partial objective was to describe and analyse the task and the role of sport, physical education a other physical activities in the life of a teacher, his/her diet, and daily regime. It includes the causes related to eventual obesity of teachers and the frequency of concrete participation in sport and other physical activities in the lifestyle of teachers. Respondents - teaches of primary schools in the north-eastern part of Stredocesky region filled in 450 questionnaires in towns of Nymburk, Kolin, Podebrady, Mlada Boleslav, Melnik, Sadska and Cesky Brod. Results confirmed essentially the work hypotesis of expected differeces in the scope of individual items of questionnaire.
Professional orientation of students in the last term at the Faculty of physical education and sport, Charles University in Prague

Název magisterské práce: Profesní orientace studentů závěrečných ročníků UK FTVS. Professional orientation of students in the last term at the Faculty of physical education and sport, Charles university. Cíle práce: Cílem práce bylo prostřednictvím dotazování získat objektivní aktuální názory studentů posledních ročníků UK FTVS na záležitosti spojené s pracovní aktivitou po skončení studia. Studenti byli osloveni v době, kdy jim do skončení studia zbývalo půl roku. Metoda práce: Pomocí dotazníků jsme zjistili současné tendence profesní orientace studentů posledních ročníků UK FTVS. Výsledky práce: Práce zjistila názory studentů posledních ročníků UK FTVS na záležitosti spojené s pracovní aktivitou po skončení studia. Většina studentů podle očekávání preferuje práci trenéra (54%) a učitele na střední škole (59%), ale doposud ještě váhají a nemají jisté zaměstnání (42%). Stále větší část studentů se chystá dále studovat a cestovat (shodně 17%). Studenti řadí mezi hlavní zásady výběru zaměstnání osobní uspokojení z práce (95%) a fmanční atraktivitu (96%). Studenti zpravidla hodnotí vzdělání získané na UK FTVS za převážně dostačující (40%) nebo dostačující (42%), vyžadující pouze drobné úpravy (69%).
