Evaluation of the compatibility of the Four-level model of qualifications for workers in the prevention of risk behaviors in education and of curriculum of addictologist at 1st Faculty of Medicine of Charles University in Prague

Backrounds: The main resources of this bachelor's thesis are the current situation and the system of school-based primary prevention and the fact that the addictology as an independent scientific discipline is still relatively a new field and its professional position in the labor market is not fully secured. However in the field of preventive measures addictology deals with a similar content as the school prevention and at the same time as the multidisciplinary scientific field with its overlap sees this problem in a very complex way. Objectives: The examined subject and the main point of this thesis is assessing the compatibility of the curriculum of Bachelor's and Master's degree program of the addictology at the 1st Faculty of Medicine of Charles University with the 4-level model qualification requirements for workers of the primary prevention in the education. The subsequent aim of this thesis is then possible recommendations for the authors of curricula and accreditation writings of addictilogy studies in terms of completion of education on the basis of which might be in the future made deeper, more effective and to the maximum extent addictologist professional involvement in prevention activities, including the proposal of its implementation. Development of the "Apolinář" model of treatment of alcohol dependence in the context of national professional literature between 1957 and 1989

of the thesis Introduction: Evaluation of the effectiveness of treatment methods, programmes and services is often something that people and journalists, or reporters, who do not work in health care and in social services ask and are not always easy to answer and give a simple and "measurable" answer. What is the percentage success rate of treatment? What percent of patients abstain? What does it mean? How does their somato-psycho-social condition improve? What do we mostly watch? In general, qualitative and quantitative outputs (number of contacts and treated clients, interventions, issued material, etc.) are also assessed, as well as their volume with previous periods, etc. Efficiency indicators often identified and determined by individual facilities; the standards have not yet assumed a unified form forspecific types of services. The concentrations of nitrogen and phosphorus in the effluent from small basins Czech Republic

The aim of this work is to describe the concentration of nutrients in the small effluents in the Czech Republic. The work focuses on the most problematic nutrients which affect the water quality, which are phosphorus and nitrogen. The paper also describes the cycles of these two nutrients in the environment and the nature of the factors affecting the leaching of these nutrients. There is also briefly described the situation of the development of water quality in the Czech Republic and what effect it has on human activity.
