This thesis dealt with motivation system in the company Czech Zbrojovka Inc. The main aim of thesis were proposals to change the incentive system, leading to increased satisfaction and work efficiency of employees. The theoretical part explains the basic concepts related to human resources, motivation and remuneration of employees. The analytical part includes history, information about the benefits and the analysis of the current state of society. In the design section, there are presented possibilities to solve problems in the field of benefits, wages and system zlepšujcz.
