Design and virtual simulation of single-purpose machine
Klement, Petr ; Husák, Michal (referee) ; Kaczmarczyk, Václav (advisor)
The work deals with the design, simulation and construction of a single-purpose machine. The design is to deal with the robotic operation of the coffee machine. The aim of this work is to get acquainted with the design software Siemens NX and its extension packages and with the program Process Simulate, where the designed single-purpose machine dealing with robotic operation of the coffee machine will be designed, simulated and then made machine. In this work I managed to model all the necessary parts that I use in machines such as coffee maker, mug, mug holder, mug turntable, gripper, mug stand, control box and handles for locking individual parts in the cell. Everything was arranged in a cell and then the phases of storing the cups in a shelf, making coffee in a cup from a coffee machine and moving to a dispensing window were simulated.
Innovating a laboratory task: Inspection of electrical wiring and devices
Klement, Petr ; Steinbauer, Miloslav (referee) ; Kadlec, Radim (advisor)
The bachelor thesis deals with the innovation of laboratory tasks, called Inspection of Installation and Equipment. The aim is to construct a device that will be able to simulate errors during the inspection on the appliance. The task will be extended to build the appliance itself, which will be measured and further simulated errors. The REVEXprofi digital measuring instrument will be used for measurement. The safety of the device will be ensured by the measuring properties of the REVEXprofi instrument, by storing the circuit inside the built-in device and by the small overlaps of the measured values above the standard when the error is triggered. The circuit was simulated using the TINA 9.0 program.
Manufacturing control algorithms for Industry 4.0 demonstrator
Klement, Petr ; Sýkora, Tomáš (referee) ; Kaczmarczyk, Václav (advisor)
The master thesis deals with the topic of Industry 4.0 demonstrator called Barman. The theoretical part is devoted first to what Industry 4.0 is, then to cyber-physical systems. The next element is an introduction to the status and functionality of Barman. The practical part is devoted to the commissioning of an Industry 4.0 testbed called Barman, which is a school model of an autonomous beverage mixing line, and the implementation of a virtual production mode in the different parts of the cells located in Barman. The next goal is to integrate with the existing Manufacturing Execution System (MES) that houses the individual drink recipes and their properties. The correctness of the integration of the MES system with Barman is also tested in the practical part not only in the virtual bridge. For the full functionality of the device, some hardware and software parts need to be tuned both on the Barman and in the MES system.

Analasis of implementation of Customer-Self Repair project in Hewlett-Packard
Klement, Petr ; Hrůzová, Helena (advisor) ; Nešpor, Pavel (referee)
The aim of this diploma paper is to analyze the Customer Self-Repair project in Hewlett-Packard especially from costs and savings point of view that can be expected after the implementation of procedural changes that had to be made in the course of the project, while also indicate where mistakes were made from the perspective of project management and make suggestions on possible improvements in the future. The theoretical and methodological part is summed up a general theory concerning the problems of project management. The third chapter focuses on the practices of project management in the company, the definition stage the project should undergo and the criteria that should meet in order to pass the approval process. In the analysis of the project itself is captured the service model for the repairs of personal computers in the Europe, Middle East and Africa region. Than identification of error and procedural complications that occurred during the project. . At the end of this chapter is an analysis of actual savings and costs that can be realistically expected in the closing phase of the project. The last chapter contains a summary and suggestions for management of future projects in the company.
