Klíč, Daniel ; Kroupa, Jiří (referee) ; Kovář, Jiří (advisor)
Bachelor thesis deals with the online connection of virtual reality with the external data source and creation of the aplication in IDE Unity for HTC Vive hardware.
Replacement of Armox Material
Klíč, Daniel ; Mikuš, Dalibor (referee) ; Molliková, Eva (advisor)
Material Armox, made by SSAB company, is most common brand of armour materials. However, there are other companies and brands which are achieving great technological and mechanical attributes. Objectives of this thesis are comparison of materials by technological, mechanical and economical point of view, considering and suggesting possibilities of Armox substitution. Sources of information for this bachelor thesis were manufacturers datasheets, consultations with Tatra Defence Vehicle, Vojenský výzkumný ústav and with providers of these materials. For each hardness class were found suitable materials. These materials can be, after testing, good substitution.
Digital twin of machine tool
Klíč, Daniel ; Štěpánek, Vojtěch (referee) ; Tůma, Jiří (advisor)
Digital twin is virtual model of real object or process, which its functions and operations can be simulated. This thesis focuses on the creation of a digital twin of axis movements on a three-axis CNC milling machine MCV Quick 754, which is located in the laboratories of the Institute of Production Machines, Systems and Robotics at Brno University of Technology. The creation of the digital twin was carried out in Autodesk Inventor, in which the models were processed, in Adams View, in which the kinematic chain and the forces acting on the mechanical part of the machine were created. The whole assembly was exported for use in Matlab Simulink. In Matlab Simulink the drives and their control were created and the required positions and speeds were specified. The runs of the measured quantities on the real machine were compared with the simulation and the resulting values were in relative agreement.
Test Enviroment Automation Tools
Spindle and tool stand design integrated into a robotic machining cell
Totušek, Josef ; Klíč, Daniel (referee) ; Štěpánek, Vojtěch (advisor)
The subject of this bachelor thesis is the structural design of a stand for spindle and tool storage, integrated into a robotic machining cell. The theoretical part is divided into several chapters that focus on the topic of end-effector changing system and tool holders, along with the introduction of selected types. The practical part includes partial designs necessary for implementing automated operations in robotic machining. The crucial part involves the storage of the spindle in the stand, for which three conceptual designs are created, followed by an evaluation based on a multi-criteria analysis. Furthermore, the realization of the spindle connection with the exchangeable system and the complete integration of pneumatic and electrical circuits are carried out. An assembly drawing is included in the drawing documentation.
