Předmětem této bakalářské práce je konstrukční návrh stojanu pro odkládání vřetene a nástrojů, integrovaný do robotické obráběcí buňky. Teoretická část se člení na několik kapitol, které se soustředí na tématiku výměnných systémů koncových efektorů a na nástrojové stopky společně s uvedením vybraných typů. Praktická část obsahuje dílčí návrhy, nezbytné pro zavedení automatizovaného provozu robotického obrábění. Stěžejní část zaujímá odkládání vřetene do stojanu, k jemuž jsou zhotoveny 3 koncepční návrhy s následným zhodnocením na základě multikriteriální analýzy. Dále je provedena realizace spojení vřetene s výměnným systémem a jeho kompletní zapojení pneumatických a elektrických obvodů. Výkres sestavy je součástí výkresové dokumentace. The subject of this bachelor thesis is the structural design of a stand for spindle and tool storage, integrated into a robotic machining cell. The theoretical part is divided into several chapters that focus on the topic of end-effector changing system and tool holders, along with the introduction of selected types. The practical part includes partial designs necessary for implementing automated operations in robotic machining. The crucial part involves the storage of the spindle in the stand, for which three conceptual designs are created, followed by an evaluation based on a multi-criteria analysis. Furthermore, the realization of the spindle connection with the exchangeable system and the complete integration of pneumatic and electrical circuits are carried out. An assembly drawing is included in the drawing documentation.
