Cílem této bakalářské práce je představit využití nanotechnologie ve snímacích zařízeních, poskytnout základní informace o nanotechnologii, včetně popisu a klasifikace nanostruktur, a zdůraznit možnost vylepšení výkonu senzoru prostřednictvím nanotechnologie. Tato práce se také zabývá využitím nanodrátu jako součástí senzoru s konfigurací unipolárního tranzistoru. Kvantové tečky a jejich využití v optické detekci jsou také zahrnuty v této práci. Výhody i současná omezení nanosenzorů jsou shrnuty v závěru práce.
Impedance spectroscopy characterization of perovskite solar cell materials

The Master‘s thesis deals with the topic of perovskite solar cells with the main focus on the materials used for the active layer. In the introductory part, the electrical and optical properties of halide perovskites are described and specific examples of perovskite crystals are introduced. The description of impedance and photoimpedance measurement methods used for characterization of perovskite solar cells is also included in the thesis. The measurement of electrochemical impedance spectroscopy was conducted on four perovskite crystals and equivalent circuit was formed to fit the obtained data. Parameters of the circuit elements were acquired using the fitting method and were further evaluated in experimental part of this thesis.

The history and present of nursing and health care in Hospital Jablonec nad Nisou

The bachelor thesis is conceived as theory - historical. It describes historical development and present of nursing profession in Hospital Jablonec nad Nisou. The thesis is divided to four main terms according to historical events which immediately closely relates with development of hospital. The first chapter is intercepting hospital in Austria - Hungary monarchy's term. It describes factors of creation and beginnings of first hospital in town, gradual development of single departments and it is dealing with first nurses from Congregation of the Sisters of Mercy of St. Charles Borromeo. The second chapter register years of First republic and World war II and is devoted to building new hospital's pavilions, which created new working grounds for that time nurses. Next chapter captures destiny of nursing staff of German's origin during resettlement and work done by these former employees in collecting camps hospital in Jablonec's region. The third chapter's term is to capture hospital in times of communism regime and describes beginning of OÚNZ and education of nursing in region. The theses further summarizes present achievements of Jablonec's hospital, numbers, education and working conditions of nonmedical health workers and vision of convenience to future.
