ISM band wireless transmission
Juráň, Jeroným ; Nešpor, Dušan (referee) ; Friedl, Martin (advisor)
This document summarizes the basic possibilities of communication using ISM bands. It also includes extracts from the ČTÚ regulation concerning usage of ISM bands. The theoretical part describes mainly the functions of chosen transmitter and receiver module. Secondly it describes the design and realization of transmitter and receiver devices including the C libraries for basic use, usable distance measurement and example application using developed devices.
Development of astronomical telescope control system with satellite tracking
Juráň, Jakub ; Musil, Vladislav (referee) ; Háze, Jiří (advisor)
The focus of this thesis is a development of an electronic guiding unit for a mount of an astronomical telescope allowing observations of artificial satellites orbiting the Earth. It contains a theoretical study of methods developed for the description of positions of objects observable on the celestial sphere, including systems used for storage of this information and regaining it in order to point the telescope in a specific direction. The work includes an analysis of the present supply of commercial devices, followed by a detailed description of the design developed here and its components. Finally, there is outline of possibilities of a future development of the system, focusing on software components.
Optimalization technology of production "nosná deska"-part in condition firm PROMAT Vsetín
Juráň, Jaromír ; Sliwková, Petra (referee) ; Kalivoda, Milan (advisor)
Valorization and analysis of machining technology for the production of aluminium part and consecutively project optimization part production. New advanced cutting tools selection and application of new technologies. The adjustment and simplification of the existing NC program for given CNC machining centre and its final debugging. In the final part, there is an economical and technical evaluation of firm benefits and recommendations into production.
Realization of the optical source with superluminescent diode
Juráň, Jakub ; Levek, Vladimír (referee) ; Čožík, Ondřej (advisor)
This bachelor’s thesis describes design of the optical source with superluminiscent or laser diode. Firstly, the problems of optical sources in the form of laser diodes (coherent light sources) are analyzed. The thesis contains a description of the realization of circuit that includes blocks of temperature and current flow control, block of the power management and the control block. The electrical circuit is divided into the functional modules, their functionality is explained in details. It also includes description of the software designated for controlling of the circuit’s functions.
Digital audio wireless transmission
Juráň, Jeroným ; Hrabina, Jan (referee) ; Szabó, Zoltán (advisor)
This document describes the design of evaluation boards for wireless transmission of audio signal. The boards use WiSA compliant modules. It describes schematics of transmitter board, receiver board and boards of both AD and DA converter. Secondly the document describes the designed PCBs and demonstrates the results by photodocumentation. It also includes description of C library for using FLASH memory to store data and the C driver for FT800 chip and the typical application using this chip including touch
Report from demonstration catches of water areas of the public forest park Stromovka in 2021.
Blabolil, Petr ; Jůza, Tomáš ; Kaštovský, J. ; Juráň, J. ; Kočvara, Luboš ; Kolařík, Tomáš
The report describes the results of catching fish by a fry seine during the day in the pond Bagr and by an electric generator together with traps in a pond in the southern part of the Stromovka public forest park.
Chrysophyte stomatocysts - encystation and excystation dynamics - bentic resting stages of chrysophytes
Mušálková, Petra ; Němcová, Yvonne (advisor) ; Juráň, Josef (referee)
The resting resistant stage has several important roles for phytoplankton microorganisms. It protects them from hostile conditions, allows them to spread to new locations and is often part of their life cycle. Chrysophytes form large populations for only a short part of the year, and therefore the formation of a resting stage is key for them to re-establish a vegetative population the following year. Chrysophyte resting stages are called stomatocysts, which are silicified and have a unique species-specific morphology. They can be form after both sexual and asexual reproduction. This is an understudied area. Most described stomatocysts are not assigned to species and much is not known about the triggers of encystation and excystation. It is thought that a combination of external (temperature, light, nutrients) and internal (cell age and cell concentration) factors are involved. So far, only sexual encystation in Dinobryon cyindricum and Synura petersenii has been studied in detail. My diploma thesis is based on laboratory experiments with Ochromonas tuberculata, Synura uvella and two strains of Synura petersenii. The aim of the study was to investigating whether external conditions such as temperature and lack of nitrogen or phosphorus have the effect on asexual encystation and whether it is...
