The main goal of this diploma thesis is creating a group stimulatory activating scheme according to the principles of the PACE therapeutic schemes for people who arc afflictcd with aphasia. The theoretical part is focused especially on the field of logopaedics therapy, on therapy of aphasia and on a characteristic of the PACE therapeutic scheme. The empirical part is describing in detail the stimulatory activating schcmc for people afflictcd with aphasia. This schcmc is intent on development of communication. Then the data obtained during realization of the scheme in facilities for people are analysed. The diploma thesis output will be an easy usable stimulatory activating scheme for developing communication of people with aphasia. Possibilities of education at the workplace at the kindergarten

The topic of this bacheor thesis is the education of early childhood professionals (teachers) in pre- primary education institutions (kindergartens). Theoretical part deals with human resources. One of them - education and developement of pre- school teachers in educational institutions, namely kindergartens - is being discussed more thoroughly. The terms education and developement, kindergarten, early childhood professional are defined in this thesis. Methods and opportunities of education at workplace are described. Some of the methods of education (mutual observation of the lessons, task asignment, assisting, consultation, swaping at workplace, mentoring, coaching) and their appliability in pre-school institutions are described in detail. Sources of theoretical information used were expert literature, IT resources and current research. Practical part describes the outcome of quantitative questionaire research among the staff members in kindergartens. The aims of this research were to get an overview of the staff education in kindergartens, the attitude of teachers towards internal training, their preferences concerning their further education and to find out, which of the selected methods are used most frequently and to answer the principal question "What methods are used to promote education...
