University students' experience of an art therapy

There is an increasing demand for mental health support for undergraduate students in university counselling centres. Art therapy is one of the interventions that can be applied in the mental health care of university students. Research focusing on university students shows that art therapy helps to reduce stress, anxiety and depression, and promotes an increase in self-acceptance, self-esteem, self-confidence, resilience and overall mental well-being. The aim of the theoretical part of the thesis was to offer an overview of art therapy with focus on group art therapy with university students. The empirical part of the thesis aimed to focus on the voice of the client, specifically mapping the expectations and themes of university students entering an art therapy group, their experiences of participating in the group and the impact they feel. The research was conducted on a sample of 11 university students. In-depth interviews were used and were conducted twice - after the group began and after the group ended. The data was analysed using thematic analysis. Five themes were identified in the first interview - Working on oneself, Social reasons, Art, Organization, Professional interest. Climate of school class and academic self-efficacy of high school students

The aim of the bachelor' s thesis is to describe the basic psychological knowledge related to the issue of the classroom climate and the perceived academic self-efficacy of high school students. Furthermore, to propose research that would monitor whether there is a relationship between the classrooom climate and the perceived self-efficacy of high school students. The theoretical part of the bachelor thesis is divided into two main parts. The first part deals with the classroom climate and the second with the perceived academic self-efficacy of students. The section devoted to classroom climate contains a definition of the term climate of the school classroom, features of the climate and related terms. It also characterizes the creators of the classroom climate - teachers, students and parents and discusses approaches and methods of classroom climate detection. The part dealing with perceived academic self-efficacy defines perceived self-efficacy, concepts related to it and its sources. Furthermore, the concept of perceived academic self- effiacy, factors that affect it and the issue of its measurement are described. Physical activity of older level pupils in basic school in České Budějovice

The diploma thesis focuses on moving activity among older pupils of basic school in České Budějovice. The research carries out physical exercises of girls and boys during both working days and weekends in connection with fitness competence. 41 pupils of the 8th class took part in the research. They filled in the internet questionnariesof online system INDARES. To measure week activities they used pedometers. The results of the measurement were statistically worked out by the Centre of kinantropological research in Olomouc and they were recorded in tables and charts. The outcome showed students' superiority during weekdays in comparison with weekends. Physical activity of boys and girls was not much different. Link between exercises and fitnesscompetence could not be proved.
Qualitative research of mental representation of " body", "emotions" and "mind" by musical gifted personalities in the reflection of imaginative methods

The main objective of this bachelor thesis is to explore what mental representations of ?body?, ?emotion? and ?mind? occur in music oriented personalities. In the theoretical part I will deal with topics of personality, character, physical constitution theory, emotion, thought, consciousness and the unconscious mental representation. A qualitative approach was used for research in which the grounded theory and open interviews was used. The method of data collection will take place through imagination exercises and in-depth interviews.
