The Prague's evolution into capitol of the new republic is divided into three stages, split by two wars. The progress of the city begun deep in the era of the Austria-Hungary imperium - in the middle of the 19th century, when the new town council was elected from czech townsman upper classes. Drnek, Kryštof ; Štaif, Jiří (advisor) ; Jásek, Jaroslav (referee)
The administration of Prague`s waterworks was one part of the citie`s main administration. It was organized into three parts, which had their own agenda. The parts were: the Executive council of the public waterworks, the Waterworks office XIII and the Office of the public waterworks and the 11th department (Waterworks authority). In general, the administration and offices was bound to the imperial era, which had ended by the first world war. The roots of the republic`s offices laid in the year 1888, when the Executive council of the public waterworks and the Water office was found. In year 1889 was found the Waterworks office XIII and the Office of the public waterworks but its agenda was unknown. The Water office was transformed into the 5th department in year 1904 and finally in year 1922 into the 11th department (Waterworks authority). But the clues says that the Executive council of the public waterworks was the administration`s head. Its members were voted in the elections and they were also members of the citie`s council. In my opinion the Executive council...
