Transformation of Czech literary context after 1989
Hrubá, Eva ; Janáček, Pavel (advisor) ; Bílek, Petr (referee)
This thesis focuses on the key period in the life of Czech society which relates to political and all-society changes linked with the year 1989 and the fall of the communist regime. The results of transitology research, focusing on the transformation of society from a totalitarian into a democratic system proved, that the process and result of the society transformation greatly depends on the ability to absorb the heritage of the past. Conscious evaluation of the part of life in nonfreedom and under oppression seems to be absolutely essential for further development, even though it might bring, that the newly built society might sometimes find difficult so solve. Using the transitology knowledge and the findings from the research of the transformation of society from a non-democratic into a democratic constitution, the thesis tries to map, how much the social change has affected the Czech literary context. It focuses mainly on the change of literary life elements, i.e. participants in the literary communication. It follows the processes and their consequences, which are typical for the transformation from a totalitarian-directive model of literary life into a democratic-liberal one. The most significant consequences are difficulties to come to terms with the past, when proscribed authors and their works...

Facial development and its molecular background
Břežná, Veronika ; Hovořáková, Mária (advisor) ; Hrubá, Eva (referee)
This bachelor thesis is an overview of the most important developmental and molecular milestones in the embryonic development of the human head and face and it brings a comprehensive overview of the latest knowledge in developmental and molecular biology of craniofacial structures with focus on the fusion of facial processes. During early embryogenesis the most important developmental changes take place in the cranial area. This period is the most susceptible period for defects and malformations formation. The most common defect in the craniofacial region is the cleft lip and/or palate occurring alone (non- syndromic) or as a part of a syndrome (syndromic). The most common reason of the cleft formation is the insufficient proliferation in the facial processes and palatal shelves, which is caused by the incorrect expression of genes or receptors of these genes whose function can be studied on the mouse and chick models. The present thesis summarizes also the knowledge of etiology of orofacial clefts in the context of new findings about the fusion of facial processes and ossification in the cleft area. Improvement of our knowledge of facial development and defects associated with it is important for accurate prenatal diagnosis and successful treatment of patients, whose problems may not only be...

Sharing of Information and Knowledge in Internal Organization Communication
Hrubá, Eva ; Sluková, Petra Zia (advisor) ; Dombrovská, Michaela (referee)
The dissertation considers information and knowledge sharing in internal communication of organization. It describes the process of information and knowledge sharing and highlights the factors that have effect on it. Furthermore, the effect of information and communication technologies use on the process is discussed. Information and knowledge sharing among employees can be managed in particular by creating a favourable organizational climate, strengthening relations between employee and organization and motivating employees. Information and communication technologies enable this process by overcoming communication barriers, however their effect on sharing of information and knowledge is limited and depends on concrete tools [Author's abstract]. 5
