The subject of my bachelor thesis is the design and elaboration of project documentation of a new family house located in the village of Damborice. The building is located in the cadastral area of Damborice. It is a two-storey, partly basement family house with an establishment. There is a garage with two parking spaces attached to the house. The structural vertical support system consists of sandwich sandstone masonry blocks SENDWIX km, insulated with the ETICS thermal insulation composite system. Horizontal supporting structure is monolithic. The building is roofed with a saddle and a green unobtainable roof. The design of the building respects the municipal plan. Project documentation is processed according to current laws, standards and regulations. The property is situated on a flat land.

Knowledge Discovery from Text Data in the Python Language

This bachelor thesis deals with knowledge discovery from text data more specifically classification of text-based user reviews. Using experiments, this thesis focuses on methods for preprocessing text data and comparing different classification methods through selected datasets. The conclusion of the work is the evaluation of the achieved results of experiments that were performed using the implemented application.

Proposal of the Communication Mix of the Selected Company

The goal of the thesis is, based on analysis of the current state of the communication mix of selected company, to propose specific measures, which will lead to their improvement. This thesis is divided into three parts – theoretical, analytical and propositional. The theoretical part is dealing with defining theoretical background which serves as the basis for the development of analytical and propositional part. In the second part is introduced the selected company and are performed the analysis of current state of the communication mix. Results of these analyses are used in the third part of the thesis, which describes the measures to improve the current communication mix of the company.

Pension serves long-term accommodation for 30 people. The building has one underground and three above-ground floors. The stop is done with a single-shell surface impermeable roof. The construction is designed as a monolithic skeleton.
