Protection of human foetus - summary The thesis gives a detailed analysis of the extent and standard of protection of the human foetus in the Czech legal system, concentrating on the aspects of criminal law. In the introductory part it presents a brief chronological survey of the synopses of the most significant instruments which constitute the subject of the thesis. The legal institutions concerned are - in the minimum necessary extent - put in the context of several key international agreements, with the emphasis laid on the provisions of the Convention on Biomedicine whose concept significantly influenced that of the Czech medical law. Also the role of civil law and its connection - both as regards the terminology and content - with the other relevant provisions of the legal system are briefly mentioned in the third chapter. However, the thesis focuses mainly on criminal law and therefore its greatest part is concerned with the means by which criminal code guarantees the protection of human foetus. Not only does it give a survey of selected criminal offences and their matters of issue, but it also underlines their connection with the provisions of the first part of the law in question as far as the interpretation and application are concerned. Design of methodology of administration and management of issues and its application in chosen organisation

This thesis is focused on design methodology of administration and management of issues, using issue-tracking system. The objective is to create such methodology and deploy it to specific organization. During methodology creation, there were used best practices, acquired from source thesis and authors experiences. In theoretical part of thesis are described approaches, witch is this thesis based on. Then thesis describes what issue-tracking system is and lists mostly used issue-tracking systems. In practical part, the methodology itself is created. At first, target group is described. Then, types of issuse and roles used in issue-tracking system are described. Then is described, how to create lifecycle of issue and how to handle with its attributes. Last part is focused on data reporting from issue-tracking system. Last chapter of practical part describes how to implement methodology to issue-tracking system JIRA.

Design and development of an information system for the company Bistro na Formanské Cestě

Aim of the thesis is to design and develop a small information system according to the needs of the specific customer. The customer is Bistro na Formanské Cestě, four-class restaurant. Developed system will record all business transactions in this company and will enable or facilitate some processes in this company. Part of this thesis is to analyze processes in this company and to identify its weaknesses and needs. Thesis is divided into three parts. In the first part, there are described processes and properties of above-mentioned company, followed by its main problems. Second part describes suggestions how to solve this problems by implementing information system into this company, and defines the functions that the system should contain. Third part contains description of all functions of the developed system, its database and use cases.
