TITLE: Self-evaluation in the teaching process with a focus on teacher personality AUTHOR: Petra Hnátková, Mgr. DEPARTMENT: School Management Centre SUPERVISOR: PhDr. Václav Trojan, Ph.D. ABSTRACT: This thesis is divided into two parts - theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part deals with the first characteristic of a teacher and his teaching skills, develops the various deadlines related to the work in the last chapter is devoted to individual autoevaluačním methods. The practical part of my work consists of a quantitative research carried out among teachers in primary schools in the Carlsbad region and evaluation of claims which have been established. The aim of my study was to determine the relationship of teachers to the current theme this time - the self-evaluation of the extent to which various known methods of self-evaluation, which of them actively carried out and the reasons which lead them to not deal with them. Then I searched for how teachers evaluate themselves in the lesson, what conclusions of this reason.
